Oh, wait - Do you mean it is cheaper to buy an Xbox360 for 299.99, with a wireless controller then pay $50 for a game so $350. So you can have pretty graphics with the same ol' controller.

- martin993, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I haven't seen anything truly amazing with the new control system (the Red Steel thing doesn't seem to work very well) but it might just be that you need to play it to feel how really different it is. And that "childish" thing has been levelled at Nintendo for a very long time. If the games are fun I don't care how bright and colourful they are. Is Mario Sunshine any more childish than running around a stereotypical future wasteland trying to make things go dead with big guns? That's mature, how? Making people bleed is not an intelligent pastime.

I'm sure I'll skip the PS3, but the Wii just looks like too much fun to pass on for that price. Nintendo is going to clean up. It's seems to be a system that I can play with my kids, my wife, even my parents and still with my friends that want more intense action - or so I hope....
