Thanks for trying to be helpful... but firefox + flash is all that should be needed to play any flash embedded video. And as you can tell, I do have firefox and flash working, since I was able to view the video on youtube. The real problem here is that ebaumsworld embedded flash player sucks.

If I actually hit the target, he'd get ticked off and say "No, hit it in the water!". Kids are awesome, as long as they belong to someone else.

- pizpot, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I used to hate cnn and metacafe videos. I am using ubuntu. Now I just install Automatix2 and tell it to set me up. Here, let me help you. Goto www.ubuntuguide.org and find where it says how to install automatix2. Do that. Then run it and tell it to set you up. Specifically, tell it to install everything movie, mplayer, flash, firefox, codecs related. Then you can watch videos from linux and be happy, without doing much more than a few clicks and waiting for stuff to download.
