- pansapiens, on 06/08/2008, -0/+1I thought it was too good to be true, but it's not a big surprise really, Nintendo is traditionally very 'closed' in how they do business with customers and developers. It will be interesting to see how the equivalent 'open' scheme for community contributed games on Xbox Live pans out ... amazing that Microsoft, of all companies, is actually *leading* in providing an open marketplace for console games.

So long as the obtain a NDA from the developers they shouldn't have to worry about people leaking their SDK. If they want some novel games to come out of WiiWare they must let everybody have a go at making games for it.
