calloftheday.net — Lets take a look at the world of video game box art if they were a little more honest. Following are 8 photoshopped video game covers to be more honest about themselves - and you. If you like this, please share it out. Thanks to broken digg functionality, I've been having issues doing much of anything lately.

    • graeh, on 12/10/2007, -0/+3I spent so much time avoiding the primary missions - just to complete all of the side quests, and explore the world. I was level 24 or so, I think, and I hadn't even done any of the main things. Unfortunately around that point in time it became obvious that as you progressed, the entire world arbitrarily kept up with you. So once you had some fairly crazily talented character, the AI/enemies started behaving rather stupidly, in a game breaking manner as they "kept up" with you.
      It was a very disappointing realisation that only got worse - so I never ended up pressing on because the gameplay had become so transparent.

        In my friend's game.. he was closing gates like 2 hours after starting.. "oh so that's what they look like"

Obviously he was looking for a higher end card and when I got my 256 he looked at me with crooked eyes. I said something wrong and he replied you should really get a better vid card like something around 512mb. He was right but at the time I didn't have the cash and i needed something to replace my 128 so I told him and you should get a life, hahaha. He was upset and looked like he was gonna cry.

Then all that expensive stuff you've stolen, waiting to fence it for a decent price, is totally worthless. By level 15 you face bandits wearing armour more valuable than an entire castle's contents.
