(Or, ok, as you mention, perhaps products by Blizzard are the same as every other manufacturer, there's going to be a manufacturing defect rate of .1% - .5%, and exchanging it for a new copy where you bought it is the likely route to take.) - Natasa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Absolutely unexceptable that Blizz would release an expansion with this kind of customer base and not have an alternative available before the release. I would complain to the BBB but if anyone has ever look at Vivendis BBB they dont give a ***** because they are too big. Please bring back the old Blizz before they got swallowed up by this megalomaniacal company.
