Not Nintendo though! Everything they make is fresh and new and original and not the same dead horse beaten into the ground for the zillionth time.

- Ignignokt01, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5Wii owner here. I bought the Wii full knowing it wasn't as 'hardcore' a console as the PS3 or 360. I actually WANT these games, I have the most fun with my Wii when I have friends over and play Wii sports or Rayman minigames.

That was the only non-duel mini-game where you could actually end up losing coins. There are very few things more satisfying than mugging all your friends of their coins.

I dare you. - jonn_jonzz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I do like the Wii but the way its being used is just for mini games, the only real game thats not a port is Red Steel and we all know how good that is. I will be very interested to see how other orginal games play on the Wii.

- PurpleSfinx, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2While I expected there to be lots of Mini-game games for wii, just like other Nintendo consoles, I have to agree to some extent with john_johnzz... I think Wii could have some amazingly great games that aren't GC ports (I've played Zelda and the controls are tacked on) or minigames.
Unfortunately I think people will continue to spend $$$ on sub par games, meaning Nintendo won't have to bother. Yes I do own a Wii and it's great, but I would like to see some more in depth games. Another Code: Two Memories is a good example from the DS: It made great use of the new control scheme without forcing them (tacking them on.)
