Anyway, it's hard to say how "authentic" the label is on this offending disc, assuming the parents are telling the truth. You can easily make a reasonably acceptable colour printout on a printable CDR. The average joe is not going to inspect every disc they have for barcodes or holograms or a silver underside.
My bet is that the store took back a return where the previous game owner swiped the game (creating a forged CD label in case the store clerk decides to open the DVD case up for a quick peek), then the store rewrapped it on their shrinkwrapping machine and sold it as new. - mastersquirrel3, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12"you cant get porn again at 14."
