As for your reasons, I'm gonna have to disagree with you, point by point :)
1. The Wii is new to the market also, and just look at how massively well it's taking off. I'll give you a hint; it's not just about price
2. Bigger storage and more data does not make a better game, sorry. With techniques like normal mapping and procedural textures, you can create amazing looking games with very little space. And the less space, the quicker the game loads
3. Ok, you seriously call Killzone a unique game? I would say it's pretty much like every single other FPS that has come out in the past 5 years. The same goes for most of the other games I've seen for the PS3.....there's no real innovation (Also, Killzone is a first-party title)
4. Umm, you called this point "Great Software" but you talk about the fact that your 360 crashes. I've had a 360 for a little under a year and I have never had it crash once
5. You talk about the bustling homebrew community for the PSP, but you neglect to mention the fact that Sony has taken every measure to stomp out that very community. Sony is working against their own userbase - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3This isn't an article. It's a fanboy blog post. It's a sub-par fanboy blog post, and that's saying something.

But, honestly, a console being in third place does diminish its value greatly. if it is in third place, the system will get fewer exclusives and will therefore have nothing unique about it. And, truth be told, I really don't want to pay $600 to play a 3rd tier console - hugznotthugzkid, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1The author knows he bought a $600 brick of a console, yet he still tries to find something positive about it by coming up with a Top 5 Pro-PS3 article. The person is very optimistic. All of his points are senseless.

I got a Wii, and a friend and his neighbor got a Wii. I don't know anyone who got a PS3. But I'm just one person. One little point sample does not a statistic make.
Who cares. Play what you want. In Japan, people can have a consumer electronics product that has 20% marketshare. The winner-take-all attitude is kinda an American thing. It kinda sucks, as a Beta owner, a LaserDisc owner, a Mac user. I'm even a Libertarian. When's the last time a Libertarian won for President. I should kill myself!
