And there you have it. - zymologist, on 10/12/2007, -5/+29they were going to do a top 20 PS3 launch titles, but then they realised that there werent 20 games available for PS3 yet :P
- TheSaladMan, on 10/12/2007, -5/+19Wow, that article links to a search engine with loads of ad spam, you must be really proud of yourself.
- joshman5k, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14You love your cross promoting don't you!
- Dweller99, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Thanks for compiling that list. When I hit the link and saw 21 pages of "next" I bailed out.
- czechsmex, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8This article would be a lot better if that guy had, you know, actually played any of those games.
- ThinkBox, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10You article might not be spam, but posting it here is generally frowned upon in the digg community - ESPECIALLY if it is off topic and ESPECIALLY if you submitted it.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7woohoo just came back home with a wii. Went to a Target that had a best buy across from it. Everyone was waiting at the best buy eventhough it was so easy to get it from target and they let you wait in the warmth of your car and target had 30 more in stock. Why? I don't know, does Best Buy have some camper magnet or something.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Graphics on the GT Pro game look like a can of smashed ass.
- lordkosc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+31,2,4,5,6 get my vote ;)
- esaks, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Ok... the first 3 comments to this post are from 3 users who suspiciously only have dugg stories from this url... hmmmmm. the article sucks too, stopped reading aka clicking next as soon as i saw that horrible gt racing game that comes with the steering wheel and rampage. Those games should not be on the best of anything... unless its best at being *****.
- smartssa, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4wow... way to list all the titles!
- southport, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I clicked on the link and all I got was some guy talking about the pyramids in Egypt. Everyone left for lunch, too.
- Lobut, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5Yeah, you know all about how it feels to have no one play with you when you look ugly. ;)
- ericmoritz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3yeah, but it's f'n fun.
- totorototoro, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I'm getting 1 & 5 (2 comes with I guess?)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Sucker...I waited 1.5 hours.
- mb3581, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2wait....was there some kind of ring involved in his discussion? possible a "doorway to heaven"
- styromaniac, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2"Don't waste too much time with video games, life has much more interesting things to offer:"
Not my life. - Ystig, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Indeed, Red Steel got a 5.5 from GameSpot. Now, I'm not inclined to put all my eggs in any one review site's basket, but in my experience, Gamespot is seldom if ever completely off-base on a review score (unlike, say, IGN). A 5.5 from GameSpot is bad news.
- disturbed, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Why is GT Pro Series animated? Does anyone know?
It's a great concept for a game, but it looks awful. - rnelsonee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I didn't have to wait at all :) They were already taking pre-orders when I walked into the store a month ago, and were handing out the preorders this morning when I walked in to pick it up.
- Seidoger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Oh Red Steel is great!
I really loved it (Well for the 3h i've played so far)
Althought the sword fights really gets your arms sore!
But it's worth it i'd say :P - Kaosu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1What a coincidence that I happened to have picked up games number 4, 3 and 1 as well as having game 2 bundled. And Madden is a completely different monster. I've never played a football game, heck I don't know jack about the sport, but its fun. Of course if you pick up Madden 07 on the wii . . . well you'll probably not need to pick up a new Madden til 2010.
- Seidoger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I got used to the controls after a little while.
Dude give it a chance, it's new to all of us.
Anyway I think its fun :) (and tiring!) - grevvvvvv, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2dugg for gotfrag
- cr125er, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1From the Red Steel page:
Official Nintendo Magazine of Europe reports: "People should be expecting visuals that are a more pretty version of Resident Evil 4" - a stark contrast to what was initially unveiled in the early build.
They must have ***** up and shipped the early build. The graphics look like a cellphone game. ZERO excuse for this kind of trash to be released before it's ready and can live up to the outrageous claims. RE4 my ass. - Serinox, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4just got my Wii after a 10 hour wait :)
- IcerC, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Redsteel is stale restricted paths with bad controls.
It's bad. - squirrelza, on 10/12/2007, -9/+4Red Steel got a really bad review, so I wonder how good it is. But I must agree with you, a lot of these games are for kids. The Wii isn't about the graphics, but some of these look HORRIBLE.
- PrometheuZ, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2Hey Serinox, let me know how your muscles feel 12hrs from now, lol....probably the most excersise you've gotten in years ;-)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -8/+1I won't be buying 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8 from the top 10.
- PrometheuZ, on 10/12/2007, -12/+1Down with the Wii! Ok, either you cherish graphics or you cherish flailing your arms all about like a lone maniacal sissy. You be the judge.
- Psylabs, on 10/12/2007, -15/+4@Salad man
It isnt spam, although it looks like it... the links actually lead to some very informative lectures. Some of which were dugg a very longtime ago. - zetsurin, on 10/12/2007, -15/+4Wow, I've never seen so many games aimed at kids in one place.
There's probably only one game worth playing in that lot, provided you aren't bored with the whole Zelda thing yet. Red Steel anyone? - ReadMeTXT, on 10/12/2007, -17/+2Wii has ***** graphics, thanks anyway
- wes23000, on 10/12/2007, -22/+3Awesome writeup! This is the most detailed writeup about all of the Wii titles on any website.
- enyx, on 10/12/2007, -22/+2Nicely done, good read!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -20/+1This is no ad spam at all - idiot! How about clicking on the links before writing your BS?!
- b7a12, on 10/12/2007, -26/+4Best Wii writeup I've seen so far
- deLiGHT, on 10/12/2007, -34/+1If you like this, you'll probably like it's Virtual Console sister.
