There was a game called Redneck Rampage, it used the 3D Realms Build engine (Duke Nukem 3D engine) and the powers ups and health packs came in the form of booze. And if you drank too many you got dizzy and it affected your aim. And when you got real liquered up, you were on a Rampage. Best use of alcohol in a game. You were the drunk!
