Read the part about protocol. Its specifically written about you. - Erkan, on 10/12/2007, -3/+15Wow, talk about a low budget 5 min article.
1. Steal images of Game Boys from the net and put it on your own page
2. Write little things about the images that may or may not be 100% true
3. "I am teh Internet publisher omfg"
4. goto 1, substitute Game Boy for anything else.
At least content on my Game Boy site is 100% self written: http://www.erkan.se/sites/gameboy-collection/how-do-you-open-up-game-boy-cartridges.php - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+13It's Gulf, you moron.
- terminalpariah, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11That giant Gameboy is actually the GameMan.

1/500 Famitsu Edition clear Gameboy Light... Do I get a cookie? - ppjim3, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7The "Gulf War Game Boy" can be found in the NYC Nintendo store on display. It's totally badass and should be seen by any geek in the area.
- kylesellers, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Usually I digg down people who try to plug their own *****, but your site is actually pretty interesting.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Whats up with people bragging about having the battery cover for their Gameboy? Are they really that easy to lose?
- sephiroth965, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5I still have it too. It came bundled with a copy of Pokemon yellow!
- MrLunar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Cool, I have a clear GameBoy.
- sephiroth965, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I lost the cover on my pokemon one too. They get lost easily when you're a kid,
- Aztec, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3The only thing better than a 4 oscillator gameboy could only be a SIX oscillator gameboy!! http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6863/1447/1600/DSCN4700-764894.jpg
- hihyooka, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I've got two of the clear ones and lost the backs on both of them. The batteries are currently being held in with duct tape.
- mentat, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Yes, it IS. The clips would break all the time, and then you'd never see the thing again.
- GatorLCA, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I used to have the clear Game Boy but I tossed it after I got my Genesis and it yellowed
- BobWoodshed, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Wow, I never realized my gameboy was that rare. I own one of those clear Astro Boy edition Gameboy Lights. I LOVED that thing back in the day. The screen was bigger and sharper than the Gameboy Colors and the indiglo back light was way better than any stupid lighting attachments from back then. I feel kinda bad for not turning it on in the last five years or so.
- douglasr007, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I remember the Tommy Hilfiger edition back in the day. Wasn't that version advertised in Nintendo Power?
- dralezero, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Yellow pokemon GB ftw. Mine still works too.
- Tolzmaniac, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2My friend has the Pokemon one.
- XHPrime, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Pokemon GBC's are not rare, There are 3 at my local Gamestop.
- berfmurret, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3sheeat.. i remember this one in nintendo power..
- MikeEFresh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1As do I.
- Snakedal337, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Slightly offtopic: I was thinking of buying a GB Micro, is it worth it to anyone that owns one?
I don't really want a DS, too big, it's really between the SP and Micro, and the micro is the cheaper of the 2.. - pastaq, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1they forgot the Pikachu edition gameboy color. Much better than the regular pokemon one.
- BrandonR717, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow, I have one of those original clear game boys. Wonder how much it's worth, i don't see any up on ebay.
- nattybohman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I bought a stack of the Game Boy Lights from Japan. They are factory sealed and I had been selling them on Ebay. Most of them sold for between $170 and $360 each!
Unfortunately, the last one I sold only went for $90, so I just held onto the last three boxes. I figure I will give one to a friend of mine (also a collector, hold onto one for my collection, and sell the last one on Ebay when they are even more rare) - bearsfan34, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I still own a Tommy Hilfiger GameBoy Color. Paid top dollar for it off of eBay back when there was a shortage at Christmas.
Don't ask why. Wonder what it might fetch on eBay someday... - Hindu_Wardrobe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've still got my Pokemon one. Works great, too. Just that the sound is kinda quiet, dropped it one too many times. :P
- theunderground5, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1this is interesting i had the clear gameboy, and i think a friend of mine had the pokemon one
- bergur1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I actualy remember buying one of those backlit clear case gameboys in spain but I do not have it anymore :(
- danielrh9, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I don't think the clear Game Boy was all that rare. I remember quite a few people owning those. Not to mention the many diggers so far saying they had one. I had one myself.
- RandomHugs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Why is that red head getting raped by an alien?
- theace13, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1My one friend had the tommy hilfiger edition. And i know another kid withthe pokemon one.
- Gerapudo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I used to have the Pokemon edition. I'm not sure where my mom got it, but it came with a copy of the Pokemon limited Pikachu edition.
- redlemon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1that one is very real, i had it.
- blahtastic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yes you do. Unfortunately it's several years old, like your gameboy. Fortunately, also like your gameboy, it's still plastic wrapped...(Yummm...stale cookie!)
- n8dawg87, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Glow in the dark game boy is definately the best...anything glow in the dark from the 90's is killer
- dheaddy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1you get one from me, sweet!
- doshindude, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1haha, i remember the tommy hilfiger game boy, it's in an ad in a nintendo power i got in '98.
- xyphur, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2...it figures the Gameboy Light "was only sold in Japan"
Pfft... the Japanese always have/keep the coolest gadgetry for themselves. - MrPlug, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1gameboy light, that woulda stopped me from getting that blasted GameGear
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Cool, I have an original size clear Game Boy. Didn't know it was limited, tbh.
I'll see if I can find it and stick it on eBay. - waynesun, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I have a gold Game Boy Light that I got as a birthday present a couple of years ago while in Asia.
Waay ahead of its time, Pokemon after hours was ridiculous. - mentat, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It was mentioned in GameInformer back in the day, along with the GameBoy Light. I actually had a friend who wanted a Tommy Hilfiger GameBoy.
- doublsh0t, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Man the Gameboy Light would've been really handy back in the day...damn roadtrips!!
- Mattman723, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1My friend has the Hilfiger one
- linksdeity, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2The Pokemon Gameboy isn't that rare.
I've still got mine, though the back cover is missing (Those things get lost so easily :( )
My favorite GB is still the black Game Boy Pocket with the purple letters (And I've even got the back cover for mine) - EDantzer, on 10/12/2009, -0/+1As do I
now how rare can these be anyway?
my cousin has the pokemon one btw. :) - upsilonh24, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I have doubts on the Tommy Hilfiger Edition one... seems like cheap photoshop to me.
