- flamingmb, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8I thought it was a naughty version of bust a move when I first saw the picture.
- LucasVB, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8Holy *****, I have Sonic for the SMS (no box, tho), and I used to have Atlantis for the Atari, and I gave it away D: Aaaargh!!
- skunkman62, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8what!?! ET for the 2600 was not on the list!?!

- Hobo97, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4They do. Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire (or just "Sapphire") for the PC-Engine is a good example.
- joehobbes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2In the honrable mentions -- it didn't make the cut
- OwenX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Maybe you should get in contact with the others who made it. You know grab a copy or two.
;) - ricree, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2"I don't know why they didn't mention Earthbound for the NES "
It was on the honorable mentions list. Look at the bottom of page 2. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Prototype.
- joehobbes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Yeah -- Master System, not Genesis
- inkubux, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Well the game was never realeased. Only a leak
- Misanthrope, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Is a for Master System? The Genesis cart is super common.
- OpCzar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I was getting excited when I saw that I could sell my Sonic the Hedgehog cart for 200 $. Ebay tells another story though: it's 5$ on that market...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Who steals one disc from a game? That's like stealing a couple of pages from a book. o_O
- SkippyDoorknob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1And ET actually IS dirt, or at least a component of dirt somewhere in a landfill in New Mexico.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Let me guess, after you and your "cousin" (who may or may not be a leprechaun) finished playing it, you took a magical ride on a unicorn to the heavens where you both bathed in unopened copies of metal slug.
- joehobbes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It's not that rare -- not even the uncensored version...
- bwishey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Well I'm sure glad I kept my Mine Storm over the years... It's a family heirloom now!
- SantaDuJuan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Very interesting, someone should do a list of the 10 most hard to find consols or perphials.
- millixaw, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That was Mega Man 6. It's kinda rare in that it was never released in Europe (I guess they jumped from 5 to 7).
- syl1985, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1eBay buddy- I still have my gold zelda carts from all the gens floating around, and by around I mean not necessarily at my house, friends, family, etc... wish I was mroe careful when i was younger.
- heidivodka, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Where's superpang ??
- gib0r, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4Good ol' Racket boy....one of the last places you're going to be able to find the Saturn modchip.
http://www.racketboy.com/saturn-modchip/index.htm
@aschapm: it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's - 022A, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Will those chips work with an import Saturn?
Given the ease of changing the region of the console I imagine they would. - TimDigg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm suprised there weren't any wrestling games on the list
like Super Fire ProWrestling X Premium for example
I know I paid $100...for Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 and that wasn't too long after it came out - darkstar949, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Valkyrie Profile starts giving Panzer Dragoon Saga a run for its money for position 20 on that list. On eBay it’s starting to regularly go for $100+ and it has something else working to its advantage - the number of consoles it can be played on is growing (PSX, PS2, and soon PS3) which means that more people will be interested in acquiring it.
- skunkman62, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1^^^^ you are a dumbass ^^^^^
- joehobbes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yes, the region doesn't matter.
Once you have a chip installed, you can change the region codes on your game ISOs before burning. - joehobbes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1doesn't have to be -- its just easier that way.
Read racket's pages for more info - imdrfreak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Huh. I have one of the games on that list - Panzer Dragoon Saga, It's complete in the box with the manual and everything. I opened it, but never played it. I also have that one they mention there called "Dragon Force". Guess I'd better lock that cabinet.
- MyDocuments, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i have panzer dragoon saga but disc one got stolen from a friend's house :(
- Sell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Atlantis II, not Atlantis
- techlinks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Darn, I have ET for Atari, a gold cart Zelda, a gold cart multi game, and another one that has an adapter to fit the NES, wonder if it's a Famicom cart?
- Misanthrope, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Gold Zelda carts are about as rare as dirt. Go to ebgames and you could buy a pile of them for about $3/cart.
- auxide, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i have the case, no game though:(
case has taken a bit of a beating over the years though, i dont think collectors will want it:P - SkippyDoorknob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Atlantis II is the rare one, not just plane Atlantis.
- falcons7, on 08/13/2008, -0/+1If you enjoyed this article check out
www.rarevideogames.net - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You should check if its PAL or NTSC, if its PAL, its worth like nothing.
- HelplessSEAL, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i want to see terranova in there, it's just so hard to find an actual north american edition of that
- mycatsboots, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Does anyone remember the top loader NES (I believe it came bundled with Mega Man 7, the one where Mega Man is red and has a jetpack on the cover?)
I imagine that thing wasn't overly popular. - z.unit, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2E.T. isn't rare, just sucky.
Hell i have a copy and look how many Wintergreen had when they made that video for their song. - Edrick, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I'm surprised Super Mario Bros. 3 wasn't on that list....there are so few of those carts today....
/sarcasm - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Where's Night Trap for SegaCD?
