- radda, on 04/30/2008, -9/+56"Grand Theft Auto III: San Andreas"?
Hot Coffee is an easter egg?
Does this guy even know what the ***** he's talking about? - dogatemypron, on 04/30/2008, -0/+46She's afraid of coming under sniper fire.
- Myonosken, on 04/30/2008, -2/+39San Andreas was indeed part of the GTA III series. Didn't you ever wonder why 'GTA IV' is three games after GTA III?
- scottnash, on 04/30/2008, -3/+33"murder simulator", WTF?
- Lane, on 04/30/2008, -3/+32I can't wait for the PC version and the inevitable plethora O' mods
- potterboy, on 04/30/2008, -7/+35San Andreas was part of the GTAIII series. Along with GTAIII and Vice City.
- casspa, on 04/30/2008, -3/+31"What's to like?
Like what Hillary Clinton doesn't? In that case, "GTA IV" will be right up your alley.....".......Why haven't I seen a photoshopped picture of HIllary playing yet???? - CYG101, on 04/30/2008, -17/+41GTA III: San Andreas????, wow, he did his research....
- Digscuttle, on 04/30/2008, -0/+23Totally inaccurate! The article says you starts off at the bottom of society, committing crime and paying for hookers...the hookers I talked to (in-game...IN-GAME I said!) wanted absolutely nothing to do with me or my $25.
- gcauthon, on 04/30/2008, -0/+19Mario has killed more than any of the GTA characters. If you want to get really technical, take a look at Sim City and Populous. Those games let you wipe out entire populations with a few keystrokes. Are they "genocide simulators"?
- apackofmonkeys, on 04/30/2008, -1/+18"murder simulator", FTW!
Fixed that for you. - lostarchitect, on 04/30/2008, -0/+14apparently, you have never seen mario party.
- inactive, on 04/30/2008, -1/+15I heard the same about your girlfriend.
- Murdats, on 04/30/2008, -0/+14apparently he was never exposured to some edumacation.
- dolemite01, on 04/30/2008, -1/+13That said, if your teen hasn't mail-ordered a chain gun after watching Rambo 50 times, he can probably handle a little "Grand Theft Auto."
- Claude1971, on 04/30/2008, -1/+13i heard neither of them were particularly tight
- surKaz, on 04/30/2008, -0/+12It's a game.. not reality.. difference. And Older kids are smart enough to know what's right and wrong..
for e.g I play racing games with absurdly fast cars, make bad turns (absolutely horrible ones).. but I know how to drive in real life, with care etc.. and am one of the most careful drivers out there..
Reality Vs Videogames.. and some common sense. - jaybol, on 04/30/2008, -2/+1211. wear body armor when waiting in line to purchase
- slvrbullet87, on 04/30/2008, -0/+10I would like forbes better if their site didnt make my eyes bleed
- halleyscomet, on 04/30/2008, -1/+11No, he didn't. The point of the rating system is to provide a loophole when the fundamentalist "Ban everything that's not safe for my preschooler!" crowd runs rampant.
Parental involvement, and not a rating system, is what's needed to keep kids away from age inappropriate games. - bkedelen, on 04/30/2008, -0/+10This article is rubbish.
- mch3g, on 04/30/2008, -0/+9Exposured? Really?
- inactive, on 04/30/2008, -1/+10i know..same here. after a couple of dates i was able to bang that michelle broad no problem, but she's asking WAY to many questions. something's not right with her. also, she can't take a couple crashes on a chopper before she stomps off mad. broads...all the f'ing same: bitch bitch bitch
- ant9821, on 04/30/2008, -0/+9Yes. Yes they are.
- surKaz, on 04/30/2008, -0/+9Exactly.. I want to play Dora the Explorer: the Video game... Solve that puzzle!
- inactive, on 04/30/2008, -0/+8Why don't you just buy a non-violent game and leave the violent games alone! Leave GTA IV ALONE!
- TRScheel, on 04/30/2008, -1/+9Common sense is not so common
- ericrous, on 04/30/2008, -0/+8We have a non-violent game. It's called "Your Boring Constrained ***** Life." In it, you get up every day, go to work, and do lots of repetitive dull *****. You don't kill anyone, fly, or save the world in it. You're not the chosen one who must raise his mighty sword to save the galaxy. There is absolutely no violence or excitement in it, nor any way to escape from it or indulge your fantasies. There is no objective either. One day the game just stops and your character dies. The end.
Happy? - Murdats, on 04/30/2008, -0/+8because that would mean that the violence processor would be a waste, and after we have the floating point gore unit made so efficient too.
- Cloud7654, on 04/30/2008, -0/+7Press Up on the D-Pad to pull up your cell phone, then scroll down to Multiplayer.
- SteaminTmann, on 04/30/2008, -1/+8Yea, I nailed her on the second date, right after I took her to the bar, at 11 am, and drove her home drunk. She got a little scared on the first date, and ran away because I kept staring people down at the bowling alley. I think she digs my surly-badass-alcoholic demeanor.
- Sethbacca, on 04/30/2008, -0/+7OF course even a cursory glance at the instructions would have told you this
- Myonosken, on 04/30/2008, -1/+8So he uses the English language correctly and you whine, yet you also whine when people use "you're" incorrectly.
- TheGeneral, on 04/30/2008, -0/+7It's in the same category as Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3. Check it out!
- vtbarrera, on 02/03/2009, -4/+11GTA ho' murdering FTW!
- awtripp, on 04/30/2008, -0/+6That's why there's a rating system, so the parent just looks at the rating and says (or is supposed to) "sorry junior, this one has blood, drugs and whores."
- Malarie, on 04/30/2008, -0/+6"It is projected to sell 9 million copies on its Tuesday debut, besting the record set last autumn by Microsoft's golden child, "Halo 3.""
Of course it will beat Halo 3 Dumb asses. GTA IV is a non console-exclusive title with much more hype than a billionth Shooter. - Jwoey, on 04/30/2008, -0/+6I heard it through the grape vine (And I'm just about to lose my mind)
- chewbacca77, on 04/30/2008, -9/+15I think you got that backwards.
- gcauthon, on 04/30/2008, -1/+7He????, wow you really did your research as well....
- Ceko, on 04/30/2008, -1/+6I'm confused, this Obama endorsement article had a lot of GTA IV facts in it.
- pilot3033, on 04/30/2008, -1/+6Have fun waiting.
- halleyscomet, on 04/30/2008, -0/+5What? Did I say something wrong? Rockstar's Bully is out for the Wii. The PC has seen previous GTA games, even recent ones. It's a legitimate question.
- Claude1971, on 04/30/2008, -1/+6and waiting
- paintpro, on 04/30/2008, -0/+5genocide simulators FTW
Initiate alien attack - pedronym, on 04/30/2008, -1/+5People need to chill out with all this "GTA is degrading our family values" crap.
I grew up playing violent games, watching violent movies and reading violent books and I'm 100% against violence.
I guess that's the difference between being raised by my parents (who taught me what right and wrong was) and being raised by the fictional world of video games.
It's all about the education you get at home. When even the parental figures start blaming video games for their own kid's violent behavior then all is lost, might as well blame the violence we see on the news everyday.
But I guess it's just easier to blame it on a videogame.
Funny how they don't associate teen violence with wars, street crime, easy access to weapons or even the violent movies. I guess there was no violence before GTA came along!
Besides, GTA is a Age 18+ game, what kind of parents let their kids play it? - SpookyDIGG, on 04/30/2008, -4/+8Butters go buy an XBOX 360, get XBOX live gold accound and join the online sensation!
- kevinsand, on 04/30/2008, -0/+4Read it again she was being sarcastic about the Hot Coffee being an Easter egg
I think she meant mostly that people would be on the hunt for another Rock Star Hot Coffee *****-up -
