- inactive, on 04/14/2008, -0/+62One console to rule them all.
- InuX, on 04/14/2008, -0/+38You'll run out of breathe trying to "fix" those cartridges.
- gfxgeek, on 11/13/2008, -0/+26Where was this when I was a kid?!
- sleepwalkers, on 04/14/2008, -1/+21You don't have to brag about running emulators.
- levitron, on 04/14/2008, -0/+18Figures it took a guy named Jesus to put this all together (...okay, Jesús, but still...)
- inactive, on 04/14/2008, -0/+14You guys saying that you can run these consoles on your PC just don't get it.
This is a work of Art. I think this thing ***** rocks. I am digging this up for the sheer coolness factor.
Also, playing these games on your PC via an emulator is no substitue for playing the actual cartridges on a television set with the proper controller.
Digg is so full of haters. - inactive, on 04/14/2008, -2/+16snes and genesis together?
:::head asplodes::: - satoriii, on 04/14/2008, -2/+13where do i buy this?
- Divals, on 04/14/2008, -0/+10Do want...
- beatleman, on 04/14/2008, -0/+9Would you like us to scroll to the bottom of the page and push "play" on the video for you? :-)
- zzz@tkz, on 04/14/2008, -0/+9Figures it took a guy named Jesús to interview a guy who put this all together.
- Ashkc88, on 04/14/2008, -1/+9You just figured out that you can play console games on your computer didn't you? Welcome to the late 90s.
Also, I'd like that link to download the Super Genintari 4-in-1 console. - SketchaMPM, on 04/14/2008, -3/+11I love how the top looks like a toaster, haha. I want it. SNES=best console ever.
- Murfshay22, on 04/14/2008, -1/+9*****: "I'm here to ruin the fun and excitement of a cool project to bring our favorite childhood (well, I guess it depends on age) consoles into one unit."
come on, we all know about emulators. its fun to pop in an old cartridge and pick up the old controllers. - hartley, on 04/14/2008, -1/+9An emulator is NEVER perfect.
original consoles + flashcarts ftw. - meruru, on 04/14/2008, -0/+7But will you still need to blow into it to make it work?
- insertAliasHere, on 04/14/2008, -1/+8Come on now. Of course you can. But that's not the point, is it. This is a home grown superconsole project. It isn't only about playing the games, its about someone taking the time to take all of them apart, and put them together in one box. It's neat, even if it isn't practical.
- SkippyDoorknob, on 04/14/2008, -0/+7Well, that's not really the point. And on top of that, MAME is an arcade emulator, not a console emulator.
- thewhits, on 04/14/2008, -1/+8breath
- monkeystick, on 04/14/2008, -0/+7The ALPHA and the OMEGA
- SkinnerBox, on 04/14/2008, -0/+6Actually, Jesus was just the interviewer. The guy who made it is named Richard.
- unrealmp3, on 04/14/2008, -0/+6It can emulate the PS3...
at double of it's screen resolution...
on dual-monitors. - Orion682, on 04/14/2008, -2/+7I'm not the only one who read "Super Genitalia" right? :-/
- Willow01, on 04/14/2008, -0/+5Thanks for that Captain Negative. Now off you go to your downer convention with Corporal Cynical and Sergeant Sarcasm.
- Deadpixel1221, on 04/14/2008, -1/+5Where the hell is Turbo Grafx-16?
- buddamus, on 04/14/2008, -0/+4It would be cool if you could play them all together, super Mario in the green hill zone
- CaptainM4d, on 04/15/2008, -0/+4Yes, that is exactly what I wanted. Please do this now.
- hartley, on 04/14/2008, -0/+4Thank God this is made from old consoles. Those xxxx-on a-chip systems are just crap. They're nice when you are making some sort of portable system, but for a mega-retro-console I would NEVER use them.
- inactive, on 04/14/2008, -0/+4*Super Genitoaster
- maybeway36, on 04/14/2008, -0/+3The Sega Genesis contains all the hardware from the Sega Master System for backwards compatibility.
Where is the Master system cartridge port? Could have easily made it a 5-in-1! - Picer, on 04/14/2008, -2/+5One Console to rule them all,
One Geek to find them,
One Geek to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them.
In the land of the strip radiator where the shadows lie. - 1derfulWally, on 04/14/2008, -0/+3I don't like that there are ports for all the original controllers. That's a cop out. It should have some kind of mutant controller that encompasses the buttons of all four of the controllers.
- SkinnerBox, on 04/14/2008, -0/+2Also known as the Wii virtual console
- NYC10004, on 04/14/2008, -1/+3I was thinking the same thing. This would have been the coolest thing back then.
- BinaryFragger, on 04/14/2008, -1/+3Emulators are not perfect and sometimes have graphical and sound glitches.
- CaptainM4d, on 04/14/2008, -1/+3I want to see this baby in action!
- PrismSub7, on 04/14/2008, -0/+2While you're at it, rip out the dvd drive and plug in a wii.
- bot001220, on 04/14/2008, -0/+2uuiU
- hackertamer, on 04/14/2008, -0/+2Ummm... Digg censors the word "cocktail"?
- Elranzer, on 04/14/2008, -0/+2Somari, but yeah, crappy pirated NES rom.
- Elranzer, on 04/14/2008, -0/+1The v3 Genesis might have ditched the SMS chip to make it smaller, which is the version he used.
- dafragsta, on 04/14/2008, -0/+1It's probably a regex. *****.*?
- Dohko_Xar, on 04/15/2008, -0/+1Ha! You sound just like that 12 year old boy who once tried to sell me a CD filled with emulators and Roms in high school. He insisted it was a "super duper" special I couldn't let go!
- emalen, on 04/14/2008, -0/+1One console to find them.
- ePuck, on 04/14/2008, -0/+1Snes had some good games.
- compgeek, on 04/14/2008, -0/+1nice technical skills. granted emulators can do this but there's something entrancing about playing with the original cartridges
bravo on your work sir - fuzzynyanko, on 04/14/2008, -0/+1On another note: Ninja Turtles Beat-em-up games in the late 80s-mid 90s were the best
- PrismSub7, on 04/14/2008, -0/+1I thought the chip8 emulator was perfect :-(
- jstem1994, on 04/15/2008, -0/+1stript heater?
