They're certainly not obligated to tell you a thing about a fourth race. I wouldn't put it past them.
They'll probably announce it in a few months after the initial hype has died down.

- nukem996, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Mohonri: Thats actually id Software that does that. They also have version of GNU/Linux, OS X, and Win so they can really weed out all the bugs in their games. Valve just releases when the story is ready, STEAM and HL2 has tons of software bugs to this day.
- Mohonri, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3If I remember correctly, Blizzard has the same release strategy as Valve: "We'll release it when it's good and ready to be released". Sure there will be a few bugs when it's released, but it'll be a heck of a lot more polished than most other games. It's better that way for gamers--they know that the release game will be playable, and that patches will be few and easy to make. Gamers won't have to worry about a greedy company releasing some half-baked game and then indefinitely delaying sorely needed patches because they can (remind you of anyone?).

It was a class game. Personally I've moved onto things like M2:TW since and would likely find it hard to enjoy a tank rush RTS again but will definitely get this when it comes out.
