- cessax, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2talk about "targetted advertising". i love it
- waytoorandomx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1That's where you are wrong. Insertion orders are direct between site and company. Marketing reps from SCEA chat with site owner(s) and organize a plan for marketing their new product, no network involved (in this case).
The ironic part is that the latest homepage news article has to do directly with utilizing homebrew on the PSP Slim. - sh0ft, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Ironic, yes. I still don't see how it means Sony is supporting homebrew on PSP.
- sh0ft, on 10/10/2007, -1/+0I'm sorry... but I don't get it. How does this mean Sony is supporting the homebrew community? Those ads aren't delivered by Sony themselves, but usually through a third party advertising agency.
I've seen ads for Microsoft products on Digg and of course there's stories here that talk about hacking the Xbox. Does that mean MS condones people hacking its console? No...
Buried for inaccuracy.
