It's long over due. I find it ironic that we will see our favorite plumber getting beat in the 100m dash and that Mario's one good competition might be Gymnastics. Oh and come on, the high jump will be owned by Tails, he can friggin fly! But your right, this proves the two companies would love to do more with these two characters and let's hope they do!

Everyone has been dying for a remake of the old olympic game (name escapes me) with the pad ever since they heard of the possibilities of the wiimote! Heck there was even a microgame in warioware: smooth moves involving it. I am looking forward to it, it will be a great fall for nintendo owners.
