Because "back in the day" before gaming became popular and mainstream games focused more on quality content and didn't rely so much on gratuitous sex to sell copies in order to make profit margins.

- hockey, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2I'm talking more along the lines that virtually every game that comes out today has liberal doses of gratuitous sex which is IMO is thrown in to sell more copies. It seems that developers today care more about how much skin they show rather than how much content is in their game. I know this isn't always the case but just walk into any video game store and look at how much cleavage is shown on the thong wearing female characters on the covers of so many titles.
