Scientists Invent Eyeball-Controlled Game Input

therawfeed.com — Researchers at the UK's De Montfort University are creating software that would enable GAMERS TO PLAY USING ONLY THEIR EYES. The software would control LED lights mounted at the bottom of a PC display and sensors that used the reflected light to figure out where the player was looking. "Gestures," such as looking to the left, control game play.

- RoadDoggFL, on 05/05/2008, -0/+1I don't see it as being lazier, I see it as improving on the limitations of current input devices. Not that moving your eyes around is so great, but advancing in things like this could lead to virtual reality, controlling games with your thoughts, or even eventually doing physical exercise using only your mind.
  
  Yeah, some of those examples are laziness, but even then something along those lines could be used for physical rehabilitation after injuries or even in lieu of gyms.
