- Typhoon2009, on 01/25/2008, -3/+7God I hate the Strat controller. Go ahead and flame me for it, but the Rock Band Strat is nothing compared to the engineering masterpiece that is the GH3 Les Paul. The LP has a clicking strum bar (VERY useful for hard songs to get rhythm going), and it doesn't just cancel your strum if you push the bar all the way to where it goes. Double strumming on the Strat is a bitch... you can't just move it all the way up and down, it has to go between two very meticulous points. The LP on the other hand, just strum and don't worry about it cancelling out. Don't take this as hating on the game; I love Rock Band. I just hate the guitar controller with a passion.
Especially as a PS3 owner, since Activision and Harmonix can't come to terms and just let the GH3 guitar work on the PS3 version of Rock Band. -
