We'll definitely have to do something about our current server setup considering my site is taking the brunt of the load.

- Zero2aHero, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3All this site has made me realize is how awful all of these themes are. You can tell very little time goes into the companies making these themes. Like they just slap 5 jpgs into a package and ship it off. It'd be nice if they took some time to balance their background pictures so the DB text was still readable, and changed the color of the blades to match the theme as well. Make it feel like it's actually something worth paying for.
A suggestion for the guys who made the site (unless it's there and I missed it)... a section that keeps track of all of the free themes. It'd be nice just to see a list of what all of the free themes are rather than going through XBLM and clicking on each one to see if it's free. - nailPuppy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4PacoDG, if you actually go to the xbox.com site you'll see it only shows you what the images are, they do not show the complete theme as it would appear on your xbox itself.

- MattBrett, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2The fact that the majority of themes available are absolute garbage was a huge factor in our decision to actually go through with this site. I can't tell you how many times I would get stoked on a new theme release, only to discover it was some half-assed attempt and basically just a cash grab. Hopefully, now that themes are fully exposed and we've given the public a place to voice their opinions on them, more time will be spent to ensure quality themes get rolled out.
Also, regarding the free themes - find a free one and look at the tags. Should have "free" in there. Click that and you'll see all of the free themes. We'll have the rest of the free ones (X'06, TGS, etc.) on there ASAP. - Stonedonkey, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3That's a nicely-designed site, IMO. A good job of balancing navigation and information.
