- Fascist, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4They call it a "game" for a reason. A thing for you to enjoy. There's a reason why millions of people immerse themselves in a game world, because it's a nice escape from reality. If you want to rack your nerves by reading political opinion, that's after your fragging spree.
Politics and video games don't mix. - benijuana, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Do whatever you want to videogames and call it whatever you want. "Politicizing" or whatnot. But if its not entertaining, its not gonna sell. And thats all thats really gonna matter
- Akaji, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Don't remind me... I still have nightmares.
"Jack, I'm pregnant!"

Snake: "Here [Raiden], take this ammo clip."
Raiden: "What about you?"
Snake: (While pointing to his bandana) "Infinite ammo." - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Political games...hmm. I know of a really cool FPS coming to the PS3 sometime later this year called Alliance: The Silent War that plays out over the last 50 years or whatever that has you playing in all sorts of politcial over throws. Other than that...keep politics out of games.
- gwolf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Politicizing video games is an awesome way to make really bad games. The only agenda should be how to make an immersing, intelligent artistically pleasing piece of software.

Like the ending of MGS 2? - Mo0man, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1Politicizing video games is an awesome idea. every other art form has been politicized. If video games were politicized, they would have more of an effect on society.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -12/+5Jimmy, stop having fun and play a video game!
Is there anything liberals won't politicize in their insane campaign to brainwash every American? Is Play Dough next?
