[PSP] Firmware 2.80 to 1.50 Downgrader released!

pspupdates.qj.net — The holiday season has been one to watch out for every PSP homebrew freak. Not only have we had Dark_AleX's newly released custom firmware, but we've also been witness to an unknown (until now) in the scene who just cracked open kernel mode in firmware 2.80. Now 0okm has released a firmware 2.80 downgrader out of the blue, surprising everyone.
