- Falldog, on 10/10/2007, -0/+15Unlike E3, PAX is about having fun, not trying to peddle merchandise or build hype for games way off in the future. I hope it stays that way.
Say what you will about the PA guys (there's a lot of criticism out there), but you've got to give them props for organizing such an event (not to mention their charity work), - Bricks, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6The point is to lounge around on giant ravioli shaped pillows and play games. Woot.!
- Sithseth, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Went to PAX with a group of 20 this year. This isn't just a gaming convention, it's a place where you get to hang out with your friends for 3 days, and not have to worry about the daily stuff (except for showering, dear god, please remember to shower at PAX...) I recommend all digg people to go next year, and I know a few of you did cause I saw quite a few diggnation shirts (very nice!).
Hey Digg, why not... get a booth at PAX next year? (The army did... why not you?) - RiverBelow, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2If they manage to get really popular and keep doing things the way they're doing it, I think that they could replace E3, and in a good way.
- ICasualty, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Dugg for talking about the angry pizza guy and princess peach. PAX was alot of fun this year.
- quaunaut, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I don't mean to sound like a stuck up *****, but honestly, anyone who can have real criticism for what the PA guys do is a ***** retard. They say what they want, do what they want, and are average guys who do a job, and do it damned well.
I had the pleasure of meeting them both at the 2006 Child's Play Auction, and they were incredibly humble, fun loving, and just plain awesome. The only criticism I could really think is a difference of opinion, and knowing that people would put them down for this or that is ***** *****. - solids662, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2All Hail Ball!
- Sentos, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yes the point is to Game.
Hopefully It Stays like that. - Meja, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2PA rules.. and so do the guys behind it! I wish I could have gone, but ... maybe next year!
- malier721, on 08/17/2008, -0/+1this was a great exp.looking forward to the next one and taking friends!

- mandarin, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1right.... this phone number... did it start as 1-800?
- mandarin, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Surprised they came out with Boll there
- Darthmalt, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1They already have now that E3 has been so scaled down. I think an expo in Japan is now the only one larger than them.
- offwithyourtv, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Only those of us who were there will truly respect your comment. Great show, wasn't it?
- DevinOlsen, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Wow... This was on the somethingawful.com forums... I just happened to be browsing there forums, and I saw a picture that I recognized; and i was like "hey! I saw that JSRF girl while I was there! (At PAX)"... then I scrolled down a bit to see me, looking like a complete fool, cropped from the pic..
You just have to see it i guess.

http://devinolsen.com/pictures/lold.jpg - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -3/+0I actually got the phone number of the chick that was tethered to the new PSPs. Of course, I was one of the few non-gamers at the Expo so the competition wasn't very stiff.

What is Digg?
