- invalidnot4long, on 02/08/2008, -3/+0will any of these games come to the ds and bring wifi??
call of duty for some reason has decided to neglect putting online play on the ds titles. - KnockoutNerd, on 02/09/2008, -1/+7in other obvious news, Bush is out of the white house in 08.
- bigdsinferno, on 02/09/2008, -0/+1technically, 09. not that i'm counting...
- Sk8SkaNJ, on 02/09/2008, -1/+7COD5 won't be made by IW and GH4 won't be made by Harmonix, so yeah, not that interesting.
- doshindude, on 02/09/2008, -4/+3Guitar Hero is borderline dead to me. Rock Band is the future.
- vondrak, on 02/09/2008, -3/+1The next incarnation of guitar hero will most likely be more like Rock Band, unless those tony hawk guys decide to just try and cash in on guitar hero 2 again.
- doshindude, on 02/09/2008, -1/+1No, Rock Band is the future because Harmonix (the original developers) did Rock Band. Neversoft/Activision pretty much ruined everything GH stood for, and all of what GH stood for is now part of Rock Band.
- vondrak, on 02/09/2008, -0/+2I agree, Rock Band is the future. So neversoft will either try and make the next guitar hero more like rock band, or just put out another copy of guitar hero 2.
I say GH2 b/c that was made by harmonix and it looks like neversoft just played GH2 a couple times and copied it over for GH3. Actually I find it curious that there are so many duplicate songs from both GH3 and RB. It's almost like harmonix started development on GH3 then left and neversoft continued. But thats all speculation.

- chocobomog, on 02/09/2008, -0/+8Two of the top selling games of 2007 (both sequels themselves) are getting sequels? You don't say!
As mentioned above, the two developers that created and established each series (Infinity Ward and Harmonix) won't be involved with these sequels so its not something to get too excited about.- bfrank72, on 02/09/2008, -0/+1That, and they've all had more than 2 installments (3 if you count rock band).
It's a franchise now, people expect sequels.
