- Paroparo, on 10/10/2007, -1/+51I was almost completely certain one of the knights was actually Altair in disguise. Guess it still managed to surprise me, even though I thought I had it all figured out.
- blorc, on 10/10/2007, -2/+43http://www.gametrailers.com/player/25538.html is the HD version, which should've been the direct link.
- SyphonHawk, on 10/10/2007, -1/+38look in the glass that one of the knights is drinking out of, you can see altair sneaking in the background
- michaelstokes, on 11/08/2007, -0/+28This is the coolest game trailer I've ever seen. A console video game with real historical intrigue! Everyone is talking about Halos storyline, but this game, a true historical thriller seems like the real revolution in game story telling.
- Feener, on 10/10/2007, -0/+16As he started to stand up and you could see the white underneath his cloak I thought it was Altair.
- EdwardoTheGreat, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11I thought the exact same thing.
- mrASSMAN, on 11/08/2007, -1/+11Does no one understand the difference between prerendered CGI and in-game graphics?
- nthitz, on 11/08/2007, -1/+11Good find! It's right during the line "How to we restrain this angel of yours? Raise an army?"
- mrASSMAN, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Well, this was a pre-rendered CGI animation, so you shouldn't be judging the game based on this. Though I agree that the graphics are impressive in the actual game.
- ausfahrt, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7perfect i say. smthing new we can hope
- coheedcollapse, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7I'm so excited about this damn game. I wonder if this whole "Digital glitch" thing going on in the various previews we've seen hint to something more than what we know already. Maybe something to do with a virtual simulation or time travel?
- dd240sx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6can i smell assassins creed movie maybe like 09
- adoggz, on 10/10/2007, -3/+9or a 360
- mrASSMAN, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Definitely agree, always bothers me when people link to the crappy versions when gametrailers always offers it in HD streaming.
Anyway, one of the best trailers i've ever seen. - Hatefull, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5they offer a Quicktime version too, click the button that reads "Quicktime"
- SeaBass22, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Same development team, Ubisoft
- j10s, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5my two word reply as to why I didn't spend 60$ on Halo yet: Assassin's Creed
- garbs, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Voice acting sounds a lot like Prince of Persia
- BugMeNot2, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4PC version is delayed until 2008. :(
- AntBing, on 10/10/2007, -2/+6(though more THAN it should)
sorry, I'm an ass, but it's not that hard to grasp the difference between than and then. - ausfahrt, on 10/10/2007, -4/+7I dont see how it'll run on a 360
- HaMMeReD, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3You do realize this game is also a reason to buy a 360, also the next splinter cell is incredibly similar, I believe they are on the same engine, although splinter cell will not be coming to ps3.
Also this game will probably run/look better on a 360. I have still yet to be even the slightest bit impressed with the ps3. My friend brought heavenly sword and his ps3 over and I thought that would be the game that would define what PS3 games should look like. Unfortunatly I was let down significantly, shallow game play, choppy frame rates. PS3 can barely push 720p on it's slow GPU, I don't even want to see it at 1080p. Now I'm left waiting for Metal Gear so that the ps3 may eventually impress me. - AntBing, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3hopefully mine is back from Microsoft by then.
- kahakauai, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3pardon me while i cream...
- Autofac, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I am tired of this AC Foreplay.
I am ready for the game.
Beautiful. - MrFisty, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I can't wait for this game (I've been waiting since PoP2) but I really hope this whole time-travel, genetic memory thing is just rumour. I just don't want them to spoil something with such a great setting with a quasi-Matrix tech-fest stitched to the side.
- Nitret, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2The producer of the game (Jade Raymond) isn't bad looking either: http://bloggbilder.aftonbladet.se/images/5427/img_ ...
- serpentor, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2http://download.gametrailers.com/gt_vault/t_assass ...
- JckDnl, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I am extremely excited about this game. I held off at buying any of the next gen consoles for a while to see which was going to have a better line up. Let's just say that with this game as well as bioshock, mass effect, and halo 3 I ended buying a xbox360. Christmas is going to be great this year!
- SeaBass22, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I'm pretty sure that's already been confirmed.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1sweet.
- relaxeder, on 04/17/2009, -1/+2I've heard rumors that the game's storyline actually takes place across many centuries, and not just in the biblical/renaissance timeline depicted in the trailers.. Haven't heard anything about freemasons, but it would be an interesting twist I guess.
- NikoKun, on 10/10/2007, -5/+6Even with my 8800 card... I don't see how this game will run on my pc... @_@ freaking beautiful... well maybe I'll get lucky and it will work just fine. XD
- BJGallagher, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I'll commence turning and facing the wall then while I wait for you to finish off
- Autofac, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1The trailer gets so much better if you watch the HD and pay attention to the most minute details in it.
Oh man. - SigmaDraconis, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Personally, I think the yet to be revealed "sci-fi twist" is the most intriguing aspect about Assassin's Creed at this point.
- d3sp, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1good catch I missed it
- zeldafan, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Beautiful Katamari, system seller for me.
- trubbleshute, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I might be a gaming sloth, but these are the games I love. Something that I get to run around like a god and arbitrarily decide who lives and who dies. Jumping from building to building in Crackdown was such a blast.
- RetardoCrisp, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2The voice acting was spot on! Lip syncing was great...not sure what you are seeing. Download the high res one so you can see a bit better. Perhaps a larger LCD or some glasses? =P
- LowFuel, on 10/10/2007, -3/+3Actually I think the first link was better, since it didnt require Windows Media player to view.
But whatever... the trailer itself was OK, but the previous ones that showed actual gameplay were more interesting to me. - iChainsaw, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1It kinda took too long...it was more like a cutscene. i don't know, it should have honed in on the more badass awesome gameplay.
- Makaveli, on 10/10/2007, -3/+2looks like you're gonna have to cop' that 360 homie!!
which isn't a bad thing. Seeing the fall lineup
Mass Effect.Halo3.Assassins Creed
:) - ausfahrt, on 10/10/2007, -4/+3One word ... no no no ... two words. BADASS and OWNED!
- TannerC, on 10/10/2007, -4/+1Kill kill kill!
- swanny89, on 10/10/2007, -7/+2With this newest trailer featuring the Knights Templar, I have this sinking feeling that the plot of this game will revolve around some sort of conspiracy theory involving modern day illuminati or freemasons. Didn't Ubisoft mention something about a sci-fi element of the game involving genetic memory? Maybe it turns out that the game is set in the future after the "NWO" has been established and researchers are using the genetic memory of Altair to find the key to toppling the freemason/illuminati regime.
- lotuseater, on 10/10/2007, -7/+2Awful voice acting
- mywhitenoise, on 10/10/2007, -7/+2The previous trailer was a lot better. The art direction and having the music of UNKLE was too hip.
- nucleicoutfit, on 10/10/2007, -8/+2Typical corny dialogue. Great looking game, though.
- ravis31, on 10/10/2007, -10/+3Gametrailers link
