Not a whole lot of companies have that kind of capital or would even want to risk that as an investment. Ubisoft is getting into CG work/movies - but that kind of makes sense. EA and Blizzard are the only other studios who have the kind of money to buy a small studio.

Homosexuality was a integral aspect of Spartan culture, and the depiction in this movie was probably much closer to truth than your typical machismo male would envision after being exposed to flaming ***** culture his entire life... Not to sound like a *****, but I liked that aspect of the movie...
