Modders Already Working Against Halo 3 Beta
1pstart.com — It's so sad that some modders spend their boring lives trying to ruin fun for everyone else. We discovered evidence through an email tip that large groups of modders have already begun stealing code from Halo 3 beta.

- estvir, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9Okay, I'm against /hacking/ as much as the next guy but all these guys are doing [so far] is pure 'exploring.' First, from what I've seen they aren't 'stealing code' (Seriously, who wrote that ? I revoke your internets license), second, like I said they're just curious and third, the only bad thing that has come of it so far is that some secrets have been spilled.
Will I look at the files my self ? I will, I do with a couple of games/betas to see what's in there but there is nothing wrong with curiosity.
Settle down, gosh. - Reedy, on 10/11/2007, -5/+8An open letter to 451 Press: Stop digging up your own articles. Your sites are crappy. Crappy little digg blogs. And I know at least ten of you who consistently digg your own articles. It's fine if you want to submit them yourself, hey, I submit my own articles, but getting together and digging them as a team counts as artificially inflating your digg count, which is a violation of the digg TOS. Nutfleas. Stop it. Your sites are immensely crappy. I am tired of them appearing on the homepage. Here is a list of some of the nutfleas I'm talking about, go ahead and look at their digg history:

Brandon Levan- xBBx, on 10/11/2007, -4/+5@reedy: MoCuishle is not a writer for 1P Start. He is a reader who submitted this article himself. First know what the hell you are talking about before you make false accusations. If you have a problem with 1P Start, then feel free to drop us an email and we will talk things out. Stop trolling our digg articles looking for attention.
- Reedy, on 10/11/2007, -5/+3MoCuichle is fine. I don't have a problem with MoCuichle, he just submitted it. It's not the submitting I care about, it's the actual digging. It's the articles that have 12 diggs within ten minutes of being posted. Its the fact that those diggs all come from the same people. I found it strange when I noticed that such a large group of people on digg were all into video games, automotive blogging, trashy celebs, art history, paintball, Nicole Richie... and countless other seemingly unrelated topics. What a diverse set of interests all these people have!

It's called "well roundedness". Get out of the basement and you'll see most people have it. - the6thReplicant, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Actually if I feel like adding someone as a friend, if I find they only digg just game stories, or just anti-Bush stories or only gossip stories then I wonder what value that person is to me. I need to expand my horizons not limit them.
Yours lovingly,
A anti-Bush digger

- AlexiGhost, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0Anyone have a link to the where they found the program? I would rather hear from the modders than people who say OMG MODZ!
