Midway has stopped creating good games a long time ago (personally, the last game I liked from them was Mortal Kombat Trilogy on PSX) and I'm surprised it took them this long to declared bankruptcy. Then again, considering their long list of creditors and their debts, perhaps I shouldn't be surprised.
Midway has made some of my most beloved games (Mortal Kombat, NFL Blitz, NBA Jam, etc) and they're also the one who ruined just about all of them.
