- anesthesia, on 06/17/2009, -0/+9I live in Newcastle and tested 'wheelman' at Midway. When it came to filling in an evaluation form at the end of the session I was too scared to write what I really thought.
They did give us free coke and pizza though! - jjones20, on 06/17/2009, -0/+6Midway, please go back to your roots. The only reason anyone would have rather played mortal kombat over street fighter back then was because the violence and gore was so over the top.
Stop being soft. - chriswastaken, on 10/27/2009, -0/+5Ya know, I think I like it. It looks like GTA with a badge.
- JudgeMonkey, on 06/17/2009, -0/+5Lies! I do!
- CoD4, on 06/17/2009, -1/+5Dear Midway,
Please give us MK trilogy on psn and xbl
thanks,
old school fans - Jaang, on 06/17/2009, -0/+2Dug down for using the word "I.P".
Do the retards in the marketing department not realize that using "IP" in a press-release-disguised-as-a-review turns people off? - chongli, on 06/18/2009, -0/+2MK hasn't been cool since MK2 on the SNES.
- Traiklin, on 06/17/2009, -0/+2go with MK Gold at least that way you have all the fighters.
- inactive, on 06/17/2009, -1/+2MK Gold is 3D, banish it from my sight.
- Azdak, on 06/17/2009, -1/+2Um...Max Payne with a graphical makeover and a car chase or two?
- TwwIX, on 06/17/2009, -1/+2Max Payne meets Dead to Rights. Yes, very original there Midway. No wonder that they are bankrupt.
That and the fact that they butchered the MK series. - Elranzer, on 06/18/2009, -0/+1MK Gold is just MK4 with 5 extra characters.
MK Trilogy is the one with ALL of the characters between MK1-MK3 and before the 3D changeover.
But don't fear MK4/Gold because of "3D," the game still controls like it was 2D. It's MK:Deadly Alliance that changed the gameplay really. - duggtodeath, on 06/18/2009, -2/+3Midway is incapable of making good games.
- t4m5t3r, on 06/18/2009, -0/+1every time is see ***** use IP it makes me want to stab someone!!
same as DLC, its a PATCH asshats!! (changed to DLC as a patch is required, DLC is additional, and hense chargable)
same ***** different day (that includes the game) - alsazen, on 06/18/2009, -0/+1Isn't Ultimate MK on XBLA almost as good as having MK Trilogy?
chongli, I disagree, MK3 was still a great game (even if a little more complicated) and the selection of characters it had was amazing (though that could have been in Ultimate MK3..) and then the MK Trilogy was a great send off for the game.
Although MK2 had tighter game play, the MK3 series of games was still 'cool'.. the series lost it's mojo when they went 3D :( - anonymousmedic, on 06/17/2009, -11/+3I personally have the IP 127.0.0.1
