Largest MMO Heist Ever? (EVE-Online | 700bn ISK ~ $130,000 USD)

myeve.eve-online.com — With an in-game scam revealed early today, the character "Dentara Rast" made off with a reported 700bn in ISK and assets. He apparently embezzled the money from the EVE Intergalactic Bank, which he previously managed. Some estimate this amount to be valued as high as $130,000 USD. (Note that per CCP's EULA, scams of this type are permitted)

    Excluding the top and bottom 20% of the player base I'd say you can make anything from 20 million to 2 billion per week. For the 2 billion you have to be organized in a good player alliance or crafting corporation with some VERY rare blueprints or damn good luck in getting rare drops from NPC.

    The thread submitted as the story link was the most cogent I could find in regards to the scam, but all the same, it could be a little clearer... so, sorry for any confusion that results.
