I don't think I'm much smarter than any other kid who wants to play GTA or Halo, but snagging a copy of either without my parents (who were too lazy to buy the game for me) was incredibly easy, even with age restrictions. It seems pretty ridiculous that by the time I had a job and a car, I wasn't legally allowed to spend my money on anything I wanted, but I guess it works the same way with going to movies.
I also never understood the hot coffee thing either. If someone has to patch the game to make it happen, what does it matter if the scenario is in there or not? We don't mark MS Windows 18+ because people can view porn on it.

Games are games. And appropriate aged kids should play appropriate games, and parents should be involved in this process. I have when people like Jack "recruit" God for their own causes. God doesn't back Jack. God is NOT on his side of this matter. It's also been found that people who wear skirts tend to be women. Does that mean that wearing a skirt makes you female? No! Being female causes you to wear the skirt, just as being inclined to violence causes you to pick up GTA, not the other way around.
