There will always be someone against what is popular, and if Jack wasn't here, he might be replaced by someone intelligent (or at least not nucking futs) and charismatic. The FBI usually just ignores him, as do most of the authorities now. He is basically harmless.

Although I agree with his stance that we should put a ban on selling certain rated video games to minors directly (if their parents are there, then it's all good), the dude is a maniac who is mostly after the halt of freedom for the "greater good", which has generally turned out bad historically.

A lawyer would not provide a URL to a law enforcement agency, he would provide any and all of the easily obtainable real-world contact information of the individuals responsible for the domain.
