If that is the case what crap game are you talking about? Take Two is a massive game publisher.
They have several developers under their name. Rockstar (responsible for games like GTA, Bully, and Manhunt) 2K Play (Bioshock, Civilization, Oblivion), 2K Sports (NBA 2K NHL2K etc..)

- Drahkar, on 01/02/2009, -0/+8Actually you do have to be a lawyer to file a lawsuit. He can no longer file them himself. He has to hire a lawyer and spend large sums of money to file them now. Previously he could just file them at the minimal cost of court fees.
- Drahkar, on 01/02/2009, -0/+8Again, HE can not. What he can do is hire a lawyer for that lawyers fee and have them file it for him. Those fees are never cheap and since he's having trouble paying the roughly $50k in fines that the Florida Bar slapped him with I don't think he has a large reservoir of cash to use on his holy crusade against anything he doesn't like.
