- nreynolds, on 10/10/2007, -3/+8you're completely wrong. all those games suck compared to bioshock/halo 3. But i wouldn't limit it to those 2 yet, there are still TONS of games coming out for PS3 this year and a few more good looking 360 games too. Metroid has a chance, but I'm not sure.

- HBNDonut, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5No matter how much you say that, it doesnt make it true. Grow up. Halo is a great game made to the highest of standards. The story isnt the same, the story is continuing from where it left off. The gameplay isnt broken so why fix it? The graphics are a lot better than the previous 2 games and the gameplay will be more varied and fun with all the new weapons, vehicles and brute enemies.

personally i want assassin's creed to be game of the year but it's very likely to be unreal tournament 3 based on the recent game play - supaklaw, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3"Hit" surface area was drastically increased to aid noobs in getting head shots etc. Takes much more accuracy in H1. H2 I still like, the physics is awesome... H3 will trump them all though. You'll still have your weapons, but need to be more strategic and accurate.

- gwolf, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2The biggest draw with Halo is the multiplayer and that's been sampled by a lot of people already who say it's a worthy successor. Halo led the Xbox live charts for years until gears of war came along. Any game with the kind of loyal following of Halo has found a sweet spot that's hard to quantify but it's definitely there.
