Regular copy of Halo 3: $59.99?
Collector's Edition of Halo 3: $69.99? Maybe a two-disc set of the game along the lines of the Halo 2 collector's edition.
Legendary Edition of Halo 3: A four-disc set, featuring a video of cut-scenes from the Halo games with DVD-style director's commentary, among other extras like documentaries and and a look at the way Halo fans have extended the fiction, in addition to the actual game. Oh, and there's a cat-head sized SPARTAN helmet that you'll put over the four discs as a display piece. How much will this all cost? No one has a clue.

Admittedly I pre-ordered the tin edition of Halo 2 and waited in line the launch night. I came away disappointed in the game that was hyped WAY to much, and never matched the initial aw and glory of the original.

Sadly, as a 55 year old avid gamer, I did not wait in line for the Halo 2 tin edition, but went into a local store a week later and picked one up from a shelf. BTW, myself, my 35 year old son, and our gamer clan averaging about 30 years old will all buy that helmet if it actually fits. I suspect we will wear them to a local brewpub after an extensive Halo 3 night assault.
