Older than time itself. - chosenken, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12Amazing....
Wonder how many tries he had to take to get everything right? - Evil-Dragon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Until everyone in the world has seen it 300 times? :S
We seem to get more and more dupes everyday here. - Salvo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7At least he didn't have to physically reset the device; just reload the scenario…
- AlmostEvil, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7@Evil-Dragon
Yeah, I was thinking the dupes are starting to get to silly levels. However, i'm more worried about all the right wing, racist and spam stuff that's started to appear in recent weeks under digg/dig. I'm finding it a lot more harder to filter out the good stuff from the monumental *****.
Frankly, i'd rather have these dupes than that crap. - emCee-ig, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5i blame all these dupes like this one, on the addition of the video section, all of the sudden, people have an avenue to flood it with "guys in underwear imitating shakira" every hl2 video made, i am just waiting on the numa numa video to show up..
then, and only then, will the video subsection be useless.
dont get me wrong, i enjoy ALOT of the videos i have seen here, but 50% are videos that you could find on any forum or joke site that have been out for years - mrmidgetman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3yeah im finding it "a lot more harder" too
- joeshlub, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That was awesome, it seems a number of thing simmilar to this have popped up on digg in the past month or two, like the one made in oblivion. Regardless of age, very cool.
- TridenTBoy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I don't think that this was amazing at all...The guy used the same method of doing things a lot. Like shooting the barrels with poles attached to them.. It'd be more amazing if it was REAL. We all know this doesn't take that much effort because you don't have to actually redo the WHOLE scene over and over.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Wasn't this created sometime before the big bang?
- Paroparo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3pitagora... suichi!
- BeaMeR626, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Simply amazing! The amount of time and effort involved in the making of this must be huge.
I've always been a big fan of Rube Goldberg devices. - tunac, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2physics is fun :)
- stupa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Too much free time.
- Fimus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@Almost
Yes, because right-wing could be placed in the same category as spam and racism.... :S Typical. - gbeirne, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2That is utterly ridiculous - in all the best ways.
- phatvolvo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1exactly what I was thinking
- denaje, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Pretty cool, but old, and I've seen better. Oh well, it still gets my digg.
- glhex, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Haha, oh man I wish I had the time to sit around and build that. Pure awesome!
- DiamondIce, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That's the point of Rube Goldberg device's, they're "exceedingly complex devices that perform simple tasks in very indirect and convoluted ways."[wiki]
- apu95, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That is awesome!!
I understand why he used so many explosions, they're nice catalysts for machine :). - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1dupe dupe dupe
- Tybee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Not to be too critical, but as cool as this is, I notice that in a lot of these Goldberg machines people make too much use of the explosive objects. I'd like to see a real machine made purely from the physics and things falling, turning, cascading, etc.
- Mongoose, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Kind of a lot of work to kill one zombie.
- ogletree, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1why do people keep digging this we have seen this on the fp before.
- eMuleDude, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Wicked.
- meznak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Is this scenario available for download anywhere?
- DarthPoo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0God, I can't even build a freakin' helicopter in Gmod. Freakin' sweet.
- KDunc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Can we just ban google video here and now? Please?
- lumpi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is great!
- sExl, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2I hand't seen it before, that was just amazing. I think I spotted some people moving objects to correctly execute the machine?
- cbasst, on 10/12/2007, -5/+4Does anyone else not like the new digg system because of the insane amount of repeats that are seen? I saw this several months ago on digg...
isn't there a search button? - Daveoh, on 10/12/2007, -8/+4Seen this a million times before
- Ifligus, on 10/12/2007, -7/+3ooooold
- MrBungl3, on 10/12/2007, -7/+3heh, pretty amusing!
A little low-res, but i guess that's just google video.
Gotta love gmod. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -11/+3dupe
