If you've read the news stories, it's a completely different God of War game, with its own story; it's not a port. - rockrapdude, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19w00t.finally i can kill hydras on my psp.digg up!

No see, Anti-Sony fanboys think everything from the same company is a port of something else - MackenzieArbour, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12homebrew ftw
- Kypt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10I'm getting a DS soon but never getting rid of my white PSP. When I barely got it there were 2 good games (sadly, yes) but good games have been coming out lately at a pretty decent pace (MGS, LocoRoco, Killzone, etc) and more are coming soon (Valhalla Knights, FFVII, FFTactics, GOW!!!). This is awesome news
- onlyafterdark, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4well that is some seriously good news... I was actually planning on getting rid of my PSP which has been collecting dust for the past 6 months but now I think i might just wait till this comes out!
- WhereAmI, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Ratchet and Clank Size Matters, Daxter too!
And I loved TM: Heads On. Felt like TM:2 to me. - DarkJC, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Erm, the developer never called it 2.5. They said it's going to be completely new, the only people using 2.5 are the blog this links to and the digg article itself.
- darkamster07, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I like the DS, but unlike a lot of people I love my PSP, it has great games IMO, I listen to all my music on it, I read manga on it, watch movies, and I use it all the time.
I love God of War, and a can't wait to do some sick combos on the PSP - silverwolfe, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Great news. If it's something the PSP needs right now, is more high quality games from familiar franchises. More people are liable to buy into something if they have a good history with it.
Also, with ReadyAtDawn (the folks behind Daxter) at the helm of this Grecian epic, we can expect some pretty amazing stuff. - PunkFenixJT, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Actually I think the biggest part of this story is that God of War III will have contoller vibration....meaning that there is a VERY strong possibility of vibrating SIXAXIS controllers coming to the PS3
- tehdvd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2soo when is gt4 mobile coming out again?
- Lumbeekid06, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1seriously, you know how old this news is?
- ShiftingSilence, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Now theres a certain part of the God Of War series that I KNOW that a lot of people are looking forward to...
- sixdust, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1I know its a completely different game, but 2.5 HINTS that material will be borrowed. It hints that something will be borrowed to make this a portable version (half a game?) different story maybe, but still similar, otherwise it wouldn't be 2.5. The PSP hasn't been much of a success, since almost all studios have managed to do a poor job at making quality games, based on the trend of what I have seen, like I said in my original post, a majority of games have bombed. I love God of War and am picking up 2 as soon as possible, but I would hate for a crappy portable version of a great game made. This means that if the portable version is good, I am happy, if not, then too bad. There is no "fanboy" here, and usually people screaming fanboy are just trying to cover their own fanboy tracks.
- Spo8, on 10/12/2007, -6/+2Finally something worth pirating!
- tenthousandlies, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Too bad no one will be able to play it.
- ts8lemonade, on 10/12/2007, -14/+2Nice. Too bad I sold my PSP a while ago (I couldn't hold on any longer for FF7: Crysis Core) due to a lack of good games. Oh well, I'll just have to be content with God of War 2 (tomorrow baby!).
- P373Y, on 10/12/2007, -19/+0ya the psp has no good games. besides maybe this one
- sixdust, on 10/12/2007, -30/+1Oh boy, where do I plop down my cash for a half assed PS2 port? Based on the current PSP trend, don't expect a blockbuster game.
