After taking the 2 minutes to read the article. I have decided that this sounds like someone who wants you to pay money to play on their CS servers. In order to get more people to pay for this, they are giving you access to porn.
It is a creative way to advertise your service, I will give them that. I believe it is highly unlikly that any of the girls you will see even play CS. In terms of the practice, dedication, and twitch factor - I think males will always have the advantage. However, women will always be better tactically and in the kamakize craziness pure emotion tsunami abilities.
I don't see why they need to get naked to promote themselves... not that I'm complaining (assuming they are over 18 :)) ...
