THE MOD IS GONE FROM THE ORIGINAL SITE
I wanted to save it for archival purposes, because screw-ups in our history (and I'm not referring to what Rockstar or the Modders did) should not be simply deleted.

All game versions have that code there, however the only way to activate it is by using a hex editor and chaning a few variables. This is done with the patch. Its called the Hot Coffee mod.
