- GregLoire, on 10/16/2009, -0/+26Hitler was definitely human. There are plenty of accounts of him being a friendly uncle-type figure with children, and he really liked his dogs.
To dismiss the fact that he had some likable human elements is to dismiss the fact that evil is not always easy to recognize, which is pretty damn dangerous to do, especially with regard to political leaders.
In other words, don't assume that someone can't be a genocidal maniac just because he starts giggling with joy while holding a kitten. - ProfessorRiffs, on 10/16/2009, -0/+19Beavis and Butthead summed this up years ago:
"Why does stuff have to suck?"
"Because if there wasn't stuff that sucked, nothing would be cool."

- sexybobo, on 10/16/2009, -1/+5This guy actually explained fanboyism in a plain and easy to understand way that shows how it isn't really a bad thing it is just part of what makes us human.
