- Illyria, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8Go intrawebz memes.
- GNiMeLF, on 10/12/2007, -22/+3The Guy is a Fake... next you'll be seeing the offical Ozone Numba Numba Guy's Headphones and glasses forsale. and lets all not forget the soon upcoming skating dogs skate board to go on auction..
- Smeed, on 10/12/2007, -2/+29Ive seen that clip a million times and I still get a kick out of it.
- sepultura, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18Same here, but that kid scares the ***** out of me.
- XBackstabberX, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16it's scary when they slow down the video and audio. sounds like a demon
- nandorocker, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5And that's a reason to help the kid get some money for school! It's like the YouTube equivalent to donationware. Go bid on his N64 for chrissakes... only $1,026 last time I checked.
- popltree2, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14The demon is the best part! Little known fact: That was actually not slow motion. The N64 actually had the power to exercise demons. It's true. Look it up.
- candiru, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13hahahah exercise demons, thats a funny image.
- idonthack, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Miyamoto says, "Drop and give me 20!"
- nerdofnerds, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I wonder what his reaction was/will be when he got/gets laid for the first time...
- cosmovi, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9I thought this kid had a stroke soon after that and died or something. Small wonders never cease to amze me - like this kid, I guess. :P
- CrazyForSW, on 10/12/2007, -3/+25It kinda ruins it that he only played the thing for a year and got sick of it.
- Illyria, on 10/12/2007, -1/+30I think it makes it funnier.
- rocke86, on 10/12/2007, -0/+17http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110015434201&ru=search.ebay.com:80/110015434201_W0QQfromZR40QQfviZ1
Wow that N64 is currently $910 on ebay!- afeitarse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6It's not going to sell for that though. Check out the high bidder and the bid history. There's a couple of guys with no previous bids who are artificially inflating the price.
- Paroparo, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Or just bidding for the hell of it. =/
- mlwarrior, on 10/12/2007, -4/+19http://nintendosupremacy.ytmnd.com/
ytmnd 4 ever!!!!1!- streetsim, on 10/12/2007, -9/+6lol.
- designbydave, on 10/12/2007, -13/+4OMG!!!!!
thank you for that... Almost died. LOL, YTMND is the shiiiit
- Dihuko, on 10/12/2007, -30/+5I just find it so....sad that he got out of video gaming a year after that Nintendo 64. I got my Nintendo 64 in 1996 as my first home console and look at me now, I have a:
-Nintendo 64
-Playstation One
-Playstation Two
-Gameboy Advance
-Xbox
-Gameboy Advance SP
-Playstation Portable (which I downgraded)
-Nintendo DS
-And hopefully soon a Nintendo Wii
Ever since I got my Nintendo 64, I have had so many great memories of gaming. I never have and never plan to lose touch with my gaming side-unlike this-this this Nintendo 64 kid!- icefrakker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13i think you should slow down a bit
- nandorocker, on 10/12/2007, -3/+31How bout your girlfriend history list?
- trunkster, on 10/12/2007, -5/+10Girlfriend = less gaming
- incubusnb, on 10/12/2007, -5/+10Wow, its small lists like that that make me realise just how old, and how much of a Gamer I am.
my current console collection, all of which I've been the sole owner since purchase, and In their purchase order, consists of:
- Atari 2600
- Atari 5200
- Commodore 64(kind of a console, kind of not, and yes I was probably one of the last people to buy a new one)
- NES
- Gameboy
- Intellivision
- Sega Genesis
- SNES
- Gameboy Color
- 486 DX/66(definately not a console, but It the fist PC I ever owned so I thought I'd give it an honorable mention, It still runs and plays the good ole DOS games)
- N64
- PS1
- GBA
- PS2
- Dreamcast (Once again, I was probably one of the last people to buy a new one, I was more interested in the Homebrew scene than anything though)
- X-Box
- Gamecube
- PSP (stupid me, I upgraded...)
- DS
- X-Box 360
My next purchases are, obviously, a PS3 and a Wii, though probably not in that order, my budget won't allow for the purchase of a PS3 until the price drops below $500 Canadian(I give it 2 years), or my income doubles.(not intended as a slam against the PS3, I really wish i could afford one, but I can't) - Teaboy, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Seeing as we're doing the whole "list" thing, here's mine:
Commodore 16
Sinclair Spectrum ZX81
Sinclair Spectrum ZX 128K +2
Amstrad CPC 464
Atari 2600
Intellivision [rofl]
Amiga 500 (Upgraded to 1000, woo!)
Master System
Mega Drive (or Genesis, whatever)
Gameboy
GBA
NES
SNES
Sony PlayStation
Sega Saturn
N64
Sony PlayStation II
Xbox
I've probably forgotten some. - NinjaJedi, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1My list is less impressive but here it is...
-Amstrad CPC 464
-Amiga 500 (with 0.5Mb upgrade and 2nd disk drive - hardcore!!!)
-SNES
-Playstation
-Gameboy
-PS2
-Xbox
-PSP
...I never really used any of my 3 PCs for video gaming - I thought it was pointless as I always never had enough spec to play the latest games. Too many years of that has put me off of ever joining the PC gaming elite! The last computer I used for gaming was the Amiga.
.... btw, anybody remember Astro Wars?
http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Grandstand/Astro.htm - dvddesign, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Lesse...
Atari 2600 (I had a copy of Superman AND ET!)
Texas Instruments computer (forget what the model is, but I used it primarily for gaming)
NES
SNES
Game Boy
Game Boy Color
Nintendo 64
GBA
GBA SP
Gamecube
Playstation 2
PSP
DS
Xbox
DS Lite
And last year I finally got to buy a Famicom! (and original copies of Super Mario Brothers, Donkey Kong, and Rockman 2 & 4!)
God bless mom & pop video game stores in northern Japan.
I'll definitely be getting a Wii, but it'll be awhile before I buy a PS3, if at all. I'd consider the x360, but after the bad experience I had in dealing with Microsoft back with the original xbox, I'm once bitten twice shy... - jps330, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6@ trunkster "Girlfriend = less gaming"
Man you hit the nail on the head, which leads me to my list:
Nintendo DS - JDoggqx, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1Here's mine:
Atari 2600
Coleco Vision (With the steering wheel and Atari adapter.)
TRS-80 Color Computer 2 (My first computer, complete with a cassette tape drive)
Atari 7800
NES
GB
SNES
N64
PS1
GBC
PS2
Game Cube
GBA
XBOX
GBA Micro
DS
This is not to mention my PCs from a 286 to my current AMD "game systems." None of them are still around, but some of the games still are on my current system thanks to DOSBOX (Like X-Com.)
Looking forward to getting a Wii and then possibly a 360. If the price comes way down on the PS3 and some games I'm interested in come out for it, I'll consider one of them too (sorry, but MGS, FF, and GT don't do it for me anymore. I just don't have the time.)
(Wow I never realized how many Nintendo handhelds I have owned.) - nerdofnerds, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1@JPS330
DS + brain age = chick magnet
- designbydave, on 10/12/2007, -4/+20Anyone else get the impression that he is just promoting his websites? He manages to plug 2 web sites in the first few questions.
- cambrown99, on 10/12/2007, -7/+11Hey, if it works, more power to him.
- MikeEnIke, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8Well he probably just said it casually and hell they probably kind of asked him to name websites.
- imjustabill, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13Hell, after losing your dignity to the internet, I'd say you deserve a free web site plug.
- teamparadox, on 10/12/2007, -12/+4If he gets over $1000 for a friggen N64 im going to have to stop gaming, those things are a dime a dozen...of course im sure 99% of those bids are fake. Yes its a funny video but who really cares if they own the N64 of a spaz kid?
College money? He looks like hes 12- fifty50, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I THINK it's been a few years since that video was recorded, dude... if he's saving for college then he's probably 18 now.
- Teaboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The Christmas video has a 1998 stamp on it, so if he were 10 then, he's 17/18 now.
- Hellsadvocate, on 10/12/2007, -18/+6What an ass:
"DSM: Are you a gamer?
N64Kid: NO not at all actually, haha I spend my time filming skateboarding and short films, editing, working on my website, skateboarding, being with my girlfriend, and what not.'
Hint hint "NO" "...being with my girlfriend." shows what that fag knows about gamers. ***** him, I think I liked him better with his eyes popping out over an N64.- dvddesign, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Yes, girlfriend = gay now, I forgot. Thanks!
- dvddesign, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Yes, girlfriend = gay now, I forgot. Thanks!
- LRoy12, on 10/12/2007, -6/+3now i want the singing pokemon kid to reveal himself
- Klisk, on 10/12/2007, -12/+5Not cool, really... He doesn't like videogames anymore. How lame. I don't know, though. I just get the vibe that he's a tool.
- Aldaron07, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10He didn't bash the gaming industry and if it's not his cup of tea, so be it. No reason to label him as something other than a non-gamer.
Maybe it's just me, but I remember my reaction to opening the Nintendo 64 that Christmas morning and I find other's reactions not comical. Albeit I loved my Nintendo 64 and still do to this day. - Sharkee, on 10/12/2007, -1/+29Nintendo, if they listened to regular people, would be smart to get him to do a commerical (at least a web commercial/ad) for the Wii.
It could look like a home video, date stamped Dec 25 2006 in the corner, and have him opening a Wii box and doing the same routine. It'd be the best video game commercial since the MonkeyBall ones.- helikopter, on 10/12/2007, -6/+0could definitely work. i'd dig it.
- Illyria, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Oh course that would mean that Nintendo was somewhat slightly consumer savvy.
- theamazingboo, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5ytmnd kind of already did this but whatever. neat.
- wingnut21, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10I like how he tries to come off as "Oh, I don't game anymore, I'm too busy to do that. I make super l33t sk8r vidz. Have I told you my site? It's http://www.kuzmadv.com "
Right dude. You're the "Nintendo 64 Kid." For the rest of your life. At least you're making the most of it.- kris2pe, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I know he keeps saying oh I don't play games anymore & I'm not a gamer. And yet when I saw that rad N64 I kept screaming like I was on Ritalin!!!
Puhlease!!! We know you still play video games in your basement!!! - Giever, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I'm pretty sure he only said he didn't game, well, when they guy asked him what games he's interested in. It didn't seem like he went out of his way to make it clear. Even if he was kind of defensive about it, it could just be from tons of people seeing him screaming over an N64, so he may just be trying to separate himself from it. It's perfectly understandable. Anyway, it is cool that he still plays (until he sells his N64) Goldeneye.
- n00bst3r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that he had the whole 8th grade hard ass/skater douche bag attitude going on. I hope his girlfriend is fat, or 8 years younger than him.
- kris2pe, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I know he keeps saying oh I don't play games anymore & I'm not a gamer. And yet when I saw that rad N64 I kept screaming like I was on Ritalin!!!
- kman2k1, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1http://n64kidgrown.ytmnd.com/
- wmattison, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4 It's nice to see that he's got a sense of humor about it... Unlike that Star Wars kid.
- Crazyiodudo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4http://fmpfilms.com/freefm/n64.mp3
YTMND's interview was done atleast 2 weeks before this one.- streetsim, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Actually, they were done within days. I've just been waiting to release it.
- dbt777, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1lol, that must've been so awkward for him.. :o
- amorbis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I don't like the video, it scares me how you can get so hyped about an N64. Maybe beacause it was his first console. Shame he dislikes gaming now.
- nerdofnerds, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4"My parents said they would never get us one..."
My parents pulled the EXACT same ***** on me! They kept telling us that we'd never get a playstation and my 7 yr old heart was, more or less, crushed. Then come christmas at my grandparents house I opened a gift to our family from my uncle which was, to my amazement, a playstation. My response was probably something similar to this (if not even more over the top). After i opened it my mom walked off and i followed her frantically asking the question "You aren't going to make us return it?...Are you?!"
I wonder if there is any video of that event... - DCJoeDog, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3the guy was kind of a douche acting like he was too cool for gaming, undigg for his douche-ness
