- EmSixTeen, on 11/19/2007, -1/+13What an ugly, misshapen, pointless waste of heap.
.. And someone will buy it. Sigh. - patch6, on 11/19/2007, -0/+10This looks like hell to type with.
- allthosemoments, on 11/19/2007, -0/+6Lame, a waste of money IMO.
- koyaani, on 12/24/2008, -0/+6Probably because you're less likely to hit those keys as accurately whilst moving your fingers down a row than you would WASD whilst in resting position (of gaming).
- volacide, on 11/19/2007, -0/+5Why do these special gaming keyboards always have to be so oddly shaped. Just make it regular shaped but just more easily functionable as a gaming keyboard.
I mean you could even include the whole alphabet of letters and just set up the arrow keys the way WASD is and arrange the normally extraneous for gaming keys like insert, home, page up, etc as well as the standard shift, tab, ctrl around it and that would be pretty nice right there. More keys close together like that would make it easier to play the more control complicated games and that's a simple solution right there. - Ppk3000, on 11/19/2007, -1/+6Why are the (left) "ZXC" keys larger than almost everything else... including WASD?
- Smallboyyy, on 11/19/2007, -2/+6Interesting design
- Ventolin, on 11/19/2007, -0/+4I don't know about you, but when I use the WADS keys for my games, I rest my hand on the table/desk in from of the keyboard. That looks like you would have to hold your hand up or you'd be laying it down on other keys. No thanks, I'm good with just one keyboard for my computer.

- slayernine, on 11/19/2007, -1/+4Meh I've seen better, I'll stick with my Logitech G15.
- chrismcelligott, on 11/19/2007, -0/+3Crazy doesn't make it good, what a waste of time.
- ImYourRealDad, on 11/19/2007, -0/+2What? No readers on here?
- graysilver, on 11/19/2007, -0/+2The difficulty in the rather steep learning curve would outweigh the small speed benefit gained in the end not to mention the hassle it would create when you wanted to use a normal keyboard.
- flangepiece, on 11/19/2007, -0/+2indubitably!
- meed, on 11/19/2007, -0/+2"Oddly, several of the keys are duplicated on both sides of the keyboard, which seems odd." odviously the writer of the article doesn't understand the how WASD is used to control movement in FPS games since the times of quake3. I see the duplicate keys are so that you can type out text with one hand while keeping your right trained for physcial movement of your player. PC gamers can now call me captian odvious.
Honestly, after trying out a merc gaming keyboard, I switched back to my old IBM PS2 keyboard I have been using for years now. I do like to communicate with people I am playing with and having to not only take my hand off the mouse but also move my hand physically over to laptop sized keyboard was hampering my online game play. This Keyboard looks interesting, but I doubt I would want to go thru the nightmare of training my self to touch type with my left hand only, especially after I have learned to touch type with standard keyboard. The last thing I want to do is interupt the fun of playing game with learning a new physical keyboard layout, - Makar, on 11/19/2007, -0/+2Odviously.
- wordglue, on 11/19/2007, -1/+2the oddest audible oddity
- GeorgeClayton, on 11/19/2007, -0/+1Here's proof of how awkward it is . . .

That's your hands' normal position. Notice how little access to other keys your fingers have.

Try to switch weapons and you either have to screw up your delicate finger positioning, or stretch your hand like crazy.

How do you hit ZXMHGK-+ or any of the number keys confortably? - Grripp, on 11/19/2007, -0/+1Not old - it's new keyboard
- cr4wl3r, on 11/19/2007, -1/+2inconceivable
- GeorgeClayton, on 11/19/2007, -0/+1I have a Wolfking Warrior. In some ways it's a perfect design, but it's also extremely flawed. Their design presumed the pinky finger is used for nothing and hitting many of the keys with the thumb is just plain awkward. The keys placed below WASD are strange, in that the ZXC keys are so much lager than they need to be, and MHN are almost impossible to hit with any finger. The TAB/SHIFT/CTRL keys are a pain too, as they're awkwardly sized and placed, almost impossible to hit with the pinky (except shift).
While the circular design is an awesome start, they fail to maximize the use of your "spare fingers" and make hitting keys comfortable. This new design hasn't improved at all. I'm very tempted to design my own gaming keyboard. - ImYourRealDad, on 11/19/2007, -1/+1Again iGoogle has failed to provide me with any recent Digg submissions that are worth reading.
