It would seem to me that any time a game is delayed, somebody had to make a conscious decision to allow it to be delayed. Either that, or it didn't pass the quality assurance testing and the company was forced to delay it (or otherwise not have it end up published at all), which would be really sad.

- inactive, on 10/23/2007, -1/+1What they meant was, usually when a game is delayed, it's delayed 'cause it's not done (while the delay is intentional, the fact that the game is not finished is not). In this case, the game is ready, they're just waiting for a better release time with less competition.
