- knightblade2oo4, on 10/12/2007, -2/+38I'm glad you are able to judge the content of a game by looking at the cover art. Explain your divine powers to us.
- pdiddle, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17"Yep, just like I thought. A bunch of kiddie games along with a few other games that are also on Xbox 360. No reason to buy a Nintendo!"
Funny thing about statements like this is that they are 9 times out of 10 made by an immature kid who probably isnt even allowed purchase there M rated games in the first place. Maybe when you grow older you'll realise just because a game doesnt have blood in it, it can still be entertaining and worth the purchase. - justinjacobs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+15Just tell them it's ketchup and that it's a cooking game.
- Aikinai, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12I have probably the biggest version of this art that's in the wild (2520x3600 and 8.7MB). I got it from Nintendo's press website when the E3 password got out. I'll just put it up on some school space so hopefully it'll survive a little digging.

Enjoy. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Yea especially the monkey ball box art...
- keviniskool, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11Red Steel is Teen rated? At least my parents might let me get it now. Actually I've noticed something. Has there been a Nintendo launch with an M-rated game?
- koregaonpark, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10I'll tell you what's not M rated, Avatar. Cartoon for kids. I think I might actually be 6 years old since I watch that show. *talks to self* grow up dammit!
- jrathert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7For anyone reading this, there are now 21 North American boxes instead of 19.
Also, my favorites: Rayman, Metal Slug, and Zelda.
There's a few more that look good, but not great. Like Super Swing Golf, but the title just makes it look way too generic, and Red Steel's box is nice, but I don't love it by any means. - jrathert, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I actually posted these before IGN did (besides the two I added), and theirs doesn't include Rayman and Euro stuff
- chad518, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6A game does not need to include blood to make it fun fortunately. Some of the best games ever made did not include any blood whatsoever. I'm personally glad that Nintendo is going after a more mainstream audience and not just catering to the hardcore gamers. I only hope that the hardcore gamers can keep an open mind with titles such as Red Steel that don't include any blood, but may actually be fantastic games.
- moosa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6They made sure it was teen rated, hence the lack of blood.
- Dramborg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Yes, Splinter Cell: Double Agent is rated M
- totorototoro, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5why does Tony Hawk's cover look so amateurish?
- Arramol, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4The Zelda box art would make a very nice poster. Kudos to whoever designed it, I love the look.
- breakbeat, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Most of them didn't really wow me, and I noticed a lot of games seem to be based on movies/tv shows, which doesn't really appeal to me. Still, the Zelda box makes up for it.
- Quix, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3"Yep, just like I thought. A bunch of kiddie games along with a few other games that are also on Xbox 360. No reason to buy a Nintendo!" - 23r17i05o42n
Apparently this dude wants to get battered in the comments section like he gets battered while gaming. It's the sucky players who always talk smack.
Whichever console you get (or have), 23r17i05o42n, you're still a loser. High-def graphics aren't going to make you cool. Chew on that. - Murphious, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Wow!
The really big surprise here is Dragon Ball Z 2 Tenkaichi... It has Trunks on the cover? Is this a first? It's almost always been Goku.. That's like Donut king having a hot dog on their advertisments instead of donuts! Sure, they're there; but are they the center of attention?
Hmm... - Lumiras, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Clean, simple, nothing surprising..
Alright, let's move along. I can't get too excited over box art. Give me playable kiosks! - Arramol, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Yeah, Red Steel looks like a great Christmas gift for the kindergartner in your family.
- shit, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3The European Wii will use Laserdiscs.
- giangsing7, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Trunks is on the cover of the dbz game!!!
- hamstereater, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That's pretty big, thanks.
- Lomi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Anyone have a larger picture of the zelda box? I need to start taking preorders on it and would like to have the art to use as a display.
- foolfromhell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2These covers look pretty nice
- rasty, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2From this, I've just learned that the european games' covers will be pixelated but the console's box is gonna be twice the size! woot!
- Apoc, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2And will be able to play your favorite vinyl LP.
- jdivis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2!RAMPAGE! w/ the Wiimote is going to wock!
- jrathert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2"Yep, just like I thought. A bunch of kiddie games along with a few other games that are also on Xbox 360. No reason to buy a Nintendo!"
Worth pointing out is the fact that that's basically all of the "kiddy" game boxes, while others that wouldn't be considered kiddy are still to be revealed. I'm not going to look up the full launch list, but games that are missing are:
Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WW2
Elebits
ExciteTruck
GT Pro Series
Rapala Tournament Fishing
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent
World Series of Poker
Trauma Center: Second Opinion - Quix, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2They could have come up with something more compelling for the cover of Rayman, but the game will still rock.
- Petarded, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Just don't forget to cover up the blood on the tip of the blade when you show your parents.
Use your thumb ;) - XFLOP20, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Arrrg,I was really hoping that Red Steel would be M-Rated.
- jrathert, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I think there's more than one game worth buying, though Wii Sports was another one I really wanted and they made it to where I don't have to buy it, heh.
- Dreamtwister, on 10/12/2007, -0/+119 North American ones and 3 European ones...and 1 game worth buying.
(Before I get flamed by the fanboys...I'm still getting one and I'm still exited about the concept, ok?) - AustinMeoang, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Wow, that's cool, I'm really looking forward to the Wii, especially the new Zelda game
- theRIAA, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"CALL OF DUTY 3: Aiming for Losers!"
- mark351, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Boxes!? Man you guys are bored or just obsessed.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -7/+6wow theres a lot of stupid ass launch titles
- j10s, on 10/12/2007, -10/+1Ya, i have been and still am extremly excited for the wii. But, I'm kinda kidding myself when i say that its not a little kid's consol.
- Dramborg, on 10/12/2007, -11/+1I know, I hope this doesn't make front page. There has already been several similar dugg posts, including a high quality IGN one.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -26/+3Yep, just like I thought. A bunch of kiddie games along with a few other games that are also on Xbox 360. No reason to buy a Nintendo!
- bradym80, on 10/12/2007, -35/+3these launch titles dont look like they were made to take advantage of the wii controller.
