phackett.com — Rumble Box is a fast paced 3D action beat-em-up with a unique premise: all of the characters are made of simple objects which stay around in the level even after the character is defeated. The objects pile up, changing the gameplay landscape and altering your combat tactics. This is the most fun I've had with a PC game in quite a while...

    C:Program FilesRumble BoxData
    You can open them with notepad. # as usual comments out lines.

    GFXConfig.dat allows resolution and windowed mode.

    You can add custom music through MusicPlaylist.dat You just have to copy it over to "Rumble BoxSoundMusic" yes it supports MP3s.

    You an cheat if you modify PHYConfig.dat but wheres the fun in that?

    Not sure which you're talking about... did you have problems getting on the Rumble Box site, or another? Because as far as I can see the Rumble Box site is still up. If you were trying to download yesterday, the link that was up is suspended (this digg killed my bandwidth)... now there's new links up, though.

    btw I downloaded some of the games but they don't install, it just opens a cmd window.?

    Just to let people know, you can get the game off CNet or GameSpot, and we'll be trying to get the site up and working again today.
