I was running around and heard a loud explosion, i couldn't find where it was coming from, because it was coming from above me. a plane had crashed into a skyscraper and fell on to me a few seconds later. also one time doing the bike race on mt chiliad, i plane has slammed into the couple other racers in front of me. 2 times something like that has happened to me. and more than enough times have i heard but not seen a plane crash and explode in the distance

    • coolspray, on 10/12/2007, -11/+7It does seem fairly strange. I've never played it, but can you do this kind of thing in multi theft auto? Because, unless he is just bad at controlling the car, it looks like he's trying to reach the top more slowly by edging onto the grass for a while.
    • molsen311, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16no, he's not. it's very hard to control vehicles in GTA in a straight line going very fast on a narrow pathway. he did a helluvalot better than i can do. it would be impossible to time out that collision anyways.

    It happened to me once - a plane actually crashed straight into my car. In the middle of Los Santos.

      Seriously though, the planes in GTASA are meant to spawn near you every once in a while, at a certain height so that it feels like a real world with real people flying real planes you can actually see. If you're at the top of Mt. Chilliad they'll crash into the rocks behind you, same thing in the city. He was just at the right height and right area for the plane to be near him.

      In simple terms, a wierd coincidence.
