Basically, you rip apart your 360. Grab a dremel and cut a window. Then file the hell out of the cut and sand the whole thing down. Once that's done, paint the case how you like and decide how you want to light it. Do some soldering, glue the window in place and put the thing back together. Piece of cake. :D
