- slikk115, on 11/18/2007, -2/+44mine hasn't frozen yet, but the weirdest glitch by far was when i was playing as desmond, and i had to talk to the female doctor. only problem was... she was f*cking invisible. i had to walk around the room til i saw the "press the interact button" which was followed by a scene of desmond talking to himself.

- ojk007, on 11/18/2007, -33/+67After playing this on the 360 and then the PS3, i can safely say the 360 is smoother and not laggy at all. Whilst the PS3 didnt crash there were noticable amounts of lag.

- AvidPreatorian, on 11/18/2007, -4/+28You're right, the problem occurs on both systems unfortunately. I'm betting it was the rush to get this game out that's causing such bad experiences. It is a shame because I love this game but after significant loading times this game has, a freeze just makes you turn off the console and play/do something else. I'm not sure if it's possible with console games but a patch or maybe even an updated version of the game for the current buyers would be a godsend and would not deter me from purchasing Ubisoft game in the future.

- wentwj, on 11/18/2007, -3/+15I got it on the XB360 (own both a PS3 and an XB360), and can say my version 100% flawless. My loading times were all very short (don't know times but I never once thought it was taking a large amount of time), and never had a freeze.

Thinking it was the disk I rented the PS3 version so the kid had something to play on until I could send it back. It was his birthday, so didn't want him to not be able to play anything, but similar issues with the game happened on the PS3 too. I just thought we were really unlucky with bad disks (especially as one was a rental).....glad I've seen this now.
The crashing seems to happen once you've been playing the game for a bit (ie. not straight away!)

I'm replaying through some of it now looking for flags, and trying to catch glitches in conversations (I must have missed more than I thought, I didn't get the 85% achievement). This game is so much better than the reviewers made it out to be. I'm glad I read Gabes semi-review on Penny Arcade, or I would have never touched it. That's what I get for believing reviewers.

" Because of the 360, many PS3 games are really limited to what they do, and because the architecture is different, games usually end up worse on PS3. Look at Uncharted, do you think it would as nice as it did if they ported it over from the 360...probably not cause the 360 is the limiting factor this generation! Sry to bring you of your high horse!

You didn't know? Sony is to blame for everything. Sony hid a rootkit in 360's firmware - santasing, on 11/18/2007, -8/+14I also have the PS3 version. No lag or anything like that. And even the GT trailer was completely bogus. I don't know why there is this persistent effort to keep bringing this story back even when Gamespot gave the PS3 version a higher score than the 360.
