- Velnich, on 04/11/2009, -0/+59YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! I HAVE NOTHING... NOTHING!!!
- ahhell, on 04/11/2009, -2/+55Gamespot already gave it a 10/10.
- CrazySpaniard, on 04/11/2009, -0/+50as long as there are no more of those damn beggers i'll be happy
- ChileanGoD, on 04/11/2009, -1/+39Is Jade Raymond coming back too?
- inactive, on 04/11/2009, -0/+27Nooo please don't leeeave!
- inactive, on 04/11/2009, -0/+22A little more stealth options would be great in the next game. For an assassin I found myself in a lot of open combat after I killed my target. Or more moves with the hidden blade. The stab in the back/stomach got old.
- jc7012, on 04/11/2009, -0/+22Air conditioning 2?
- nikhil1986, on 04/11/2009, -0/+21Even though the game was very repetitive, it definitely was one of the best game environments and if only they made the game a little less monotonous. The first 2 hours of the game were definitely the best I've ever played. The user controls were excellent and player manoeuvrability was amazing. I'm excited for AC2, and hope Ubisoft get it right this time.
- OUPablo, on 04/11/2009, -0/+21As long as he keeps his hidden blades so i can lunge through the air and kill someone, I'll be happy
- snapcase, on 04/11/2009, -0/+21It sure was satisfying to assassinate them though. They keep bumping into you while you're trying to pickpocket someone or are following an informant... so I'd just go back for them afterward and shove a blade in their gut.
- MoClippa, on 04/11/2009, -0/+21Yes they have leaked, you can find the scans here, though i'd recommend scurrying over there quickly before someone takes them down.
http://is.gd/rVRa (Post #22) - bblande, on 04/11/2009, -7/+24***** GameSpot.
- AntP1, on 04/11/2009, -1/+18I hope that they don't make exiting the game a mini boss on its own.
pause. exit animus. are you sure. pause. exit game. are you sure. press any key. load profile. exit game. are you sure. yes. - threepm, on 04/11/2009, -1/+18i love AC. Can not wait for the sequel.
- strictnein, on 04/11/2009, -1/+14It was a flop? By "flop" do you mean it exceeded sales expectations and two sequels were given the go ahead?
- zombiecarlin, on 04/11/2009, -3/+15The first game had one of the coolest enviornments ever created for a game but horribly wasted it by forcing us to do the same ***** over and over again. They can hype up Assasins Creed 2 all they want but personally I still need to forgive them for the first, a blowjob from Jade Raymond will do nicely.
- whoreable, on 04/11/2009, -0/+11I guess the check already cleared.
- Super6, on 04/11/2009, -0/+9The combat system should be completely revamped, the old method got boring:
1. Pull out hidden blad
2. Hold right click
3. See movement? Left-click to counter-attack
4. Repeat - Price, on 04/11/2009, -0/+9On the PC though.
Fair enough, I think you could Alt+F4 out of it but that's really not a good way to exit if you want to be sure you don't lose your progress. It was a pretty inexcusably retarded way of exiting the game, to be honest. - levyjl1988, on 04/11/2009, -0/+8Gamespot and Gamestop are totally different.
- jonshipman, on 04/11/2009, -0/+7or those drunks
- Allstarn08, on 04/11/2009, -1/+8He better know how to swim this time.
- sinisterD, on 04/11/2009, -0/+7i'm going to wait and make sure this one has a ending, and also doesnt make me go though 15 minutes of dialogue just to randomly kill people. FOR GOD SAKE LET ME SKIP DIALOGUE!!!!!
- inevitablity, on 04/11/2009, -0/+7I was actually quite fond of Altairs look and was hoping they didn't change it too much. To each their own I guess, but I'm happy.
- morg666, on 04/11/2009, -0/+6Absolutely. At least after you go through the game once, have the ability to skip the cutscenes. The original's replay value was hurt by having to wait through 5 minutes of yakking just to go jump around the buildings to bump off guards and collect flags.
- jkash23686, on 04/11/2009, -0/+6its not really leaked its a viral campaign. A leak would be hey here are some screens Ubi doesn't want you to see, they spent money for an agency to do this site there for not a leak.
- dungbeetle, on 04/11/2009, -0/+6That's probably going to be in the third when Desmond himself gets all stabby.
- FrogKermit, on 04/11/2009, -2/+8what?
- JonnyIsElectric, on 04/11/2009, -0/+5i thought it wound be set in present day considering the last scene of the game
- colonelxc, on 04/12/2009, -2/+7Because it's relatively easy to produce enough DVD's to satisfy just about any hyped up demand? Also, "exceeding sales expectations" doesn't mean it has to be the biggest game seller in history.
- Amorn, on 04/11/2009, -5/+10Buried for Gamespot
- JudgeMonkey, on 04/12/2009, -0/+5At least you're keeping an open mind about it.
- TheNinjaJesus, on 04/12/2009, -0/+5The drunks were far more annoying than the beggers imho...get between 2 of them and it's like A Night at the Roxbury D:
- dungbeetle, on 04/12/2009, -1/+6That serves me right or trying to start one of those rolling jokes. Sorry guys.
- ngmcs8203, on 04/11/2009, -0/+4Nice! You can pull guards into the water to drown them. This game is going to be badass.
- jc7012, on 04/11/2009, -0/+4It looks pretty ***** sick, I don't know, I'm pretty pumped.
- snapcase, on 04/12/2009, -0/+4It would have been awesome if you could pickpocket some of the richer citizens to give some money to the beggers to shut them up, or do a little recon for you.
- mablung, on 04/12/2009, -0/+4Pay no attention to that monk with the swords on his back...
- inactive, on 04/11/2009, -1/+4Viral Marketing at its best.
- DarkoKun, on 04/11/2009, -1/+4I'm guessing yes since the first one involved more than climbing.
- slyzxx, on 04/11/2009, -1/+3I hope they fix alot of stuff, like the horse back riding or change and have an open world, and not have every mission be repatative. Then it would be an awesome game.
- xngk, on 04/11/2009, -1/+3the rules
- fohf, on 04/13/2009, -0/+2they're not even leaked. I got this issue of GameInformer 4 days ago...
- stupidfilters, on 04/11/2009, -1/+3I just went with the good ol' power button.
- rastie, on 04/11/2009, -0/+2Last I checked Assassins Creed was Ubisoft has nothing to do with EA
- techliveadmin, on 04/11/2009, -0/+2Lets hope they fix the "forever loading screens" and the "freezes" I still get on Ps3.....
- FurtThePirate, on 04/14/2009, -2/+4It has very limited replay value. Used copies were flooding the market, brought the price down.
- dungbeetle, on 04/11/2009, -0/+2I am really interested in this game. I just finished the first one last night. It took upwards of 17 hours to beat. This game reminds me so much of the Zelda series and what could be done with it if it was on a powerful system. As long as the next one does that too and has a good story, I'm set.
- WesleyD, on 04/14/2009, -0/+2In the Game Informer article it states that he now has the ability to swim, and it is used for more stealthy attacks and whatnot.
- russbent, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2lol @ the flying machine. it's both awesome and funny at the same time
